Magnifique lieu.

Personnel et surtout le chef du personnel très accueillant, très à l écoute.
No matter how many times we looked outside, the scenery was impressive. Staff were friendly and relaxed, which added to the overall experience.

Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist wunderschön und die Atmosphäre angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich, offen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unkompliziert zu erreichen.
Our bungalow was fine. The beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was nice. The balcony was lovely. Aircon and fan were efficient.
Avoid if you value basic comfort, hospitality, and value for money.
Our stay at Gateway Inn was deeply disappointing and fell far short of the warm hospitality we have otherwise experienced across Vietnam.
Room Conditions & Facilities:
No Amenities: There is no fridge, no TV, and virtually no packing space.
Furniture: There is no wardrobe, no shelving, and no table. Guests are left with no choice but to work or place belongings directly on the floor.
Service & Hospitality:
Unwelcoming Staff: The personnel completely lack the warmth, kindness, and friendliness commonly found in Vietnam. They come across as devoid of personality, and it is glaringly obvious there is a lack of experienced senior management overseeing operations. Staff are clearly not properly trained for the hospitality industry.
Rigid Policies & Inflexibility: We arrived via bus an hour before check-in. Despite being able to see that our rooms were fully ready and unoccupied during our entire wait, staff flatly refused to let us check in early. Furthermore, they demanded full payment upfront before even allowing us to see the room.
Lack of Housekeeping: Our room was left completely untouched throughout our stay, with zero offers or attempts to clean.
We had to practically beg just to get top-up water and coffee.
Inappropriate Behavior at Breakfast: During breakfast, I was actually shouted at by staff simply for taking a tiny kumquat from the dining area to add to my phở.
Pricing:
Buying drinks (water, soft drinks, and beer) from the property comes at an inflated rate. You are much better off walking a few meters down the road to buy supplies from another homestay at half the price.
Overall, this accommodation lacks basic amenities, professionalism, and customer care.
We spent most days exploring Pu Luong and found the location really convenient. The views were a bonus and the staff were always happy to help
Location, however views accross the valley is limited due to high trees. For apanoramic you have to walk to places lower down the road.
The staff very unhelpfull. We were denied access to rooms and had to sit in the waiting area. We were told the rooms were not ready, however no staff entered of left the rooms in that time. Access to the bathroom was difficult due to steep staircase. The room walls are termite infested, also dirty.
When we requestes refreshments as advertised during Happy Hour, it was refused and we were ignored.
Overall not a good experience at all.

The location is surrounded by nature and feels very peaceful. Staff were warm and helpful whenever we had questions about the area.

Cogimos bungaló individual y el baño está abajo, es muy incómodo bajar las escaleras porque son muy altas y empinadas.
La cama muy incómoda, el colchón es una colchoneta muy fina y dura.

Every morning we sat outside with a coffee and watched the clouds move through the mountains. It was hard to leave. Everyone working here was welcoming and genuinely kind.
La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata l'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata. La vista è splendida, la posizione è molto comoda e il personale ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti.
Suunnittelimme alun perin viipyvämme vain kaksi yötä, mutta lopulta toivoimme, että olisimme varanneet pidemmän ajan. Näkymä majoituspaikasta on todella kaunis, erityisesti aamuisin. Henkilökunta muisti nimemme ja pysähtyi aina juttelemaan kanssamme, kun tapasimme. Se sai meidät tuntemaan olomme todella tervetulleiksi ja kotoisaksi.
