If we ever visit Oaxaca again, this is absolutely the place we will stay.
Pros:

Very clean, the room and bathroom were very spacious , they provided many amenities, breakfast was very good, customer service was outstanding. Daniel at the front desk was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and was always calling a taxi for us. If you need anything for your room, they bring it right away. The staff is excellent. The location is very convenient to everything. We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful little hotel.

Location was super central
Decor in the room was lovely - especially the bathroom
The staff were so kind and lovely

Cons:

The rooms all face into an internal courtyard so it can be noisy with people and staff walking around

There wasn't really a communal space to chill out in the hotel

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, beautifully curated rooms with a strong attention to detail. The architecture, materials, and lighting create a warm experience. The location is excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy Oaxaca, and the staff was always kind and attentive.

Cons:

Overall, the experience was very positive. If anything, there are small opportunities to reduce the use of salt in your breakfast, as at times it felt too much.

Pros:

unglaublich schönes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. sehr grosse Zimmer, bequemes Bett, ruhig aber dennoch mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung top!

I don’t have bath towels in my room - I didn’t have time to ask for them so I used the robe

Location, although the sound from the street can be heard. They give you ear plugs.

Cons:

No hot water - there was an issue with the hot water that was not fixed on time for me. I only stayed one night and I needed to shower by 9 am.

Pros:

Super convenient, nice rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was great too

Cons:

The sound does travel inside the open lobby, so sometimes loud with people/ housekeeping moving about early AM if you want to sleep in

Die Zimmer haben nur Fenster zum Hof, die meist verschlossen sind. Dadurch ist die Luft nicht immer am zirkulieren.
