لم يعجبني اي شي زياره لن تكرر

تم الحجز على نوعية معينه من الغرف وكان فيها عرض الاستقبال من المطار والتوصيل وبعض المميزات الأخرى. وتم بعث لهم أميل بوقت الوصول ورقم الرحله وطلبت ان تكون الغرفه في طوابق علويه. وتم الرد عليه بانه سوف يتم الاستقبال وعند وصولنا الي مطار أديس ابابا فجر وكان الجو ممطر وبروده تم البحث عن الباص الخاص بالفندق الا انه للأسف لم نجده بين باصات الفنادق وتم الانتظار لأكثر من ساعتين وتم الإتصال على هاتف الفندق المسجل في الحجز ولم يرد أحد وتم بعث أكثر من أميل ولم يردون مما دفعنا الي استأجر تكسي بمبلغ مضاعف حيث استغلو أصحاب التاكسي ذلك كون الوقت متأخر.وعند صولنا الي الفندق تم تسليمنا غرفه في أدوار غير علويه وليست نفس نوعية الغرفه في الحجز وقبلنا بها كوننا مرهقين من السفر كذلك رفضو تغيير تلك الغرفه المتهالك وهي عباره عن سررين مزدوجه أحدهما في الصاله. ناهيك عن الإفطار المحدود جدا بل كان الأفضل منهم إلغاء وجبه الإفطار. وعند الخروج اجبروني على الدفع لديهم رغم أنني حاسبت عن طريق الموقع وهو حجز غير قابل للاسترداد ولا أعلم عن سبب ذلك بل جعلو الفاتورة في بداية الأمر باسم المرافق معي رغم ان الحجز باسمي وأنا من دفعت بطاقتي فيزا.. الخدمات في الغرفه سيئه عموما تجربه لن تكرر ولا يستحق السعر المدفوع فيه.

Staff and facilities was amazing. Only thing is the power outages.

Cons:

Property is new and upcoming, only thing I’d improve is the road or passage way for parking!! Needs to be asphalt.

It was Always clean, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Also the laundry option was excellent.

Cons:

You had to sign a waiver every time you brought food from another place to the hotel. It was very odd.

Great staff, really helpful and very clean rooms the shuttle to and from the airport was a pleasant surprise

The area the hotel is situated felt a bit sketchy.The stay was also dampened by poor shower pressure and a lack of variety at breakfast
