El tamaño de la habitación es algo muy positivo
No hay un armario o clóset donde colocar la ropa.
En Santa Marta el corte de fluido eléctrico es constante y muchas veces prolongado. Este hotel no tiene planta eléctrica lo cual le baja muchos puntos
Cuando estuve se fue la luz, salí a desayunar fuera y al regresar dure golpeando 29 minutos la puerta, nadie atendía.
Unfortunately, the property was undergoing renovations during our stay, which significantly impacted our experience. Upon arriving at our room, one of the beds had not been made, the shower handle fell off, and we unfortunately only had cold water.
After our first night, we decided to find alternative accommodation, especially after travelling such a long distance. To his credit, the owner was very apologetic and advised that he would provide us with a refund.
The renovations included the pool area and front entrance, however the overall condition and experience did not meet the expectations of what was advertised or that had been communicated to us prior to our stay.
Unfortunately, despite being promised a refund, it still has not been processed. We have followed up multiple times via email and phone calls and have received no response, which has been extremely disappointing.

Very friendly staff, the location is peaceful, and the patio view was wonderful.
It would have been nice to have the pool accessible, but that’s about it.

Todo me gusto, en especial la atencion de Isabela fue muy amable y cordial mi pareja estaba de cumple y le dieron una cortesia muy linda isa.
Las habitaciones son muy comodas.
Todo estaba muy bien. Quizas la piscina que estuviera mas limpia pero igual la disfrute.

Exceptionnel, c'est un endroit magnifique, un décor somptueux et un personnel très accueillant, efficace et professionnel. La vue sur la mer est incroyable et quel coucher de soleil du balcon de notre chambre avec vue directement sur l'océan.Le déjeuner très copieux et tellement délicieux. Merci à toute l'équipe.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, everyone was very helpful. We stayed in the Diamond rom and it was terrific. It was Very clean, had cold air, huge space, nice lighting touches, and a beautiful terrace overseeing the ocean. Terrace has a hammock in which I fell asleep in. Breakfast the next day was also delicious.. I recommend and will definitely be back to stay.
