Pros:

Most of the staffs were supper friendly and helpful, although i don’t speak the language but they tried their best to communicate in English and i appreciate the massive effort. Not once did i feel like my message wasn’t passed across.

Big Ups to ARAZ. He was the best point of contact and always hoped he was the one i spoke to when i approached the front desk and not the girls. I dont know if he is a manager but if he isn’t, make him one because his approach to hospitality is 5 star .He gives you his total attention when interacting for a short 2-3 minutes making sure you are satisfied before leaving.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, clean and aesthetic. It is away from the rave/busy budva rush but about 15 euro taxi to get into budva.

The gym was great as well. Had pairs of 20kgs, 15kgs, 10kgs, ez bar, 20kg barbel, dumbbells up to 25kg, tread mill. Basically more than enough to get your workout in.

Cons:

Front desk staff:
The girls at the reception area were helpful but their service and attention to customers was very poor. If you went to them to ask a question, i believe they are supposed to give you full attention and make sure you are satisfied with the response, this wasnt the case, when i went to then , they attended to me with urgency like i was bothering them with basic questions.

Breakfast:
The breakfast spread was the worst i have ever seen and eaten. Stale food, not so great cooking. Who messes up a banana bread? Dry as crackers.
Same with the a la cart menu, food was very salty especially beef pasta and sea bass on the platter. If you have to have food close by, go through the hotels tunnel and head to La Mar or Konoba More they are spectacular restaurants.

Cleaners:
When they finish cleaning the room, the smell in the room is really bad. Similar smell you get when you mop the floor with one soapy bucket without changing the water to clean water and rinsing off (i don’t know if i explained this right). After every clean, we have to air the room for about an hour +

Nieuw modern complex

Cons:

Personeel met weinig boreca ervaring.
En afhankelijk van welke kamer zijn er onnoemelijk veel trappen te doen.
Het gebouw staat hoog en de weg ernaar toe is steeds een serieus klimmen. Er is enkel een lift van garage naar receptie.

Sehr schön es Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in Hanglage, Wahnsinns Frühstücksbufett, alles super sauber, tolle Betten, Speisen und Getränke top! Poolanlage mit tollen Blickbauf die Bucht von Budva.

Cons:

Im Standardzimmer ist das Bad viel zu klein, man bekommt die Türe nicht mal ganz auf.

It was pleasant enough and good value for money but requires some improvement in some areas
Pros:

Clean and modern. The girls at reception were so lovely and welcoming and helpful everyday .

Cons:

The rooms lack in some areas . Not enough hangers for your clothes . Was sharing an apartment and they gave us only 4 hangers .
The layout is strange . Had no where to plug in the kettle but on the floor . No consistency in the coffee pods . Some days they didn’t give us any.
No hooks in the bathroom at all. Water was not hot enough in the shower . Low pressure as well.
Wine selection at the restaurant is poor and so it the food . I would not recommend eating here .
Once it rained and at breakfast there wasn’t anywhere to sit. I asked to make a coffee and wait at reception for a free table and was told no. I was asked to sit with a random couple who were having their breakfast. I declined and went back to my room at this point .

We paid extra for the largest and most expensive room with a sea view and a spacious bathroom, but were given a much smaller room that clearly did not match what we booked. when we contacted the reception, they claimed it was the “last room available.”

Regarding cleanliness, we found ants on the countertop, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, the room was generally acceptable.

Very disappointing experience. We paid for one thing and received another, with no effort from the hotel to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel.

Прекрасный новый отель, расположенный в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжей (Милочер, в частности) и в 10 минутах езды от Будвы. Несколько этажей, просторные террасы с бассейном и баром, прекрасный лобби. Просторная номер-студия с кофемашиной и кухней. Отдельных слов заслуживает шикарный и разнообразный завтрак: десятки видов сыров и пршута, десертов, салатов, овощей!

Cons:

Невозможность при заселении записаться и воспользоваться SPA (все занято до следующего утра), а также крайне ограниченное время работы бассейна (10-19). Небольшое количество мест для парковки (на улице), что может стать проблемой в "высокий" сезон (паркинг в гараже на ночь стоит 10€).

Cons:

I had booked a studio with a kitchenette and a view of the garden. I was given room 701, sandwiched between the bar and the breakfast room. The noise starts at 7 am and goes on until midnight, or even later, with the constant comings and goings of staff and guests. If, like me, you’re a light sleeper, avoid this room. There is no balcony, so you have to go outside to smoke. I may have made a mistake when booking, but if I ever return, I will avoid this room. If you want to go to Budva, even though the hotel is only 6 km from the town centre, you have to take a bus. It’s impossible to walk there – it’s too dangerous.
