Nice rooms just a bit unorganised
Pros:

The rooms where nice and comfortable

Cons:

You couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. And most of the time you had to wait 5-10 minutes to get served by someone at the hotel.

Ein schönes Hotel, wenn man Straßenlärm mag
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu und stilvoll gestaltet. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ebenso gibt es einen kleinen Fitnessbereich und einen schönen, sauberen Pool.

Cons:

Leider hört man die starkbefahrene Straße unterhalb des Hotels ständig. Egal ob beim Frühstück im Außenbereich, am Pool oder vom Balkon des Zimmers. Dies haben wir als sehr störend empfunden. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer nur ein kleines bisschen Meerblick. Unser Balkon ging direkt auf gleicher Ebene zum Pool hinaus, sodass man dort für alle einsehbar direkt hinter den Poolliegen saß. Die Zimmerkategorien sollten also dringend besser beschrieben werden! Trotz Anfrage vorab und wiederholter Nachfrage vor Ort, war ein Wechsel in ein höheres Stockwerk nicht möglich.
Der Spabereich ist außerdem leider nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar.

Pros:

Hotel is kept immaculate, pool area is good, beds comfy and good ac. Location is pretty good, there is a path to the seafront but if you plan to venture further you will definitely need to use taxi or car as very tiny paths along busy fast road. Parking area small but one night we came back to no spaces and the hotel found a solution thanks!

Cons:

Felt like the staff could have been more welcoming as we got there there was a group of 5 of them chatting as we checked in and not one came and asked if we wanted a drink.. almost looked at us awkwardly. A welcome drink from them would be a nice touch

Pros:

הצוות בבית המלון היה כלכך אדיב ומתחשב ותמיד עזר בחיוך בכל עת. אכפתיים ונחמדים מאד, הבריכה הייתה כיפית ונקייה צוות המלון עבד סביב השעון לתת מענה ולדאוג שהכל נקי ומסודר.

Cons:

יש צורך לעבור בין שתי מעליות שזה קצת מרגיז לפעמים (תלוי באיזה בלוק אתם לנים)

Prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, gebrek aan horeca-ervaring
Pros:

Zeer net en modern hotel. Prachtig aangekleed. Ruime, zeer hygiënische kamers.

Cons:

Het ontbijt... Montenegro staat niet gekend voor zijn fijne keuken, en dat merkten we ook in dit hotel. Bij 35 graden stond kaas en vlees zonder koeling te zweten. Alles leek vers, maar bij die hitte moet alles toch gekoeld blijven.

De bar was had onvoldoende personeel. Er was slechts één ober voor het zwembad/bar waardoor we meer dan een half uur moesten wachten op 5 cocktails. Ondertussen konden er geen andere klanten iets bestellen omdat de - trouwens zeer vriendelijke - man onze drankjes maakte.

Het hotel is dus bijna perfect. Zij - en bij uitbreiding geheel Montenegro - hebben nog wat horeca-ervaring nodig.

Нам очень понравился персонал, ребята понимающие и дружелюбные . Очень гостеприимные и добрые

Cons:

Один вечер не было воды. Парковки всегда заняты, кофе машина всегда ломалась .
