Cleaning services are available for guests staying 3 or more nights.
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Die Domos sind sehr schön gebaut. Die Luke , um die Sterne zu betrachten, einfach fantastisch. Wir haben darin zu viert sehr komfortabel gewohnt.

Que la puerta corredera del baño no tenga manilla y cuesta abrirla por dentro
La atencion, los domos en si con su vista.
La presion de las duchas, pero era igual posible el baño.
Lugar con excelente equipamiento, muy comodo, bella decoracion y excelente vista al valle.
Los domos ofrecen la posibilidad de abrir la cupula para ver las estrellas.
Mencion aparte su dueño y el personal que son muy muy cordiales y preocupados por el confort del cliente.

Llegando nos indicadoron que el precio en Booking estaba mal y nos cobraron más de lo acordado. Los domos estaban bien, pero muy sucios y con clavos sueltos por todos lados. Las camas muy antiguas e incómodas. La ducha salía caliente pero no funcionaba la regadera/rociador y salían apenas unas gotas de agua.
Tiene buena ubicación y la gente que atiende y entrega servicio es del sertor, muy cariñosos.
Las construcciones no están en buenas condiciones, la tinaja no es privada, todos te ven cuando te bañas, se debe usar por turno y no lo encuentro higienico.
Muy buena atención del personal 11/10 y desayuno muy rico.
