Pros:

La atención del personal es buena. Todos son muy amables. De hecho, llegamos más temprano de la hora del check-in y nos entregaron rápido la habitación.

Cons:

La limpieza de las instalaciones deja mucho que desear. Lamento mucho dejar esta reseña pero no voy a mentir. 😔

Las camas tienen pulgas y nos picaron todas las piernas y el cuerpo durante la estancia.

Las sábanas están manchadas y el colchón esta sucio.

Nunca tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos.

Nunca tuvimos Internet en la habitación.

La habitación que nos tocó tiene un olor fuertisimo a humedad y moho.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación de arriba chorreó agua durante un día y una noche completa lo que provocó que una de las camas de nuestra habitación se mojara y se encharcara el piso.

El baño se inundaba después de bañarse.

Las bicicletas que rentan son demasiado caras para las condiciones en las que se encuentran. Están oxidadas, las llantas están desinfladan y los manubrios se mueven mucho. Cobrar 200 pesos por bicis en ese estado no es aceptable. Las tuvimos que regresar y nos quedamos con las ganas de hacer un recorrido en bici en el pueblito.

Cons:

Mauvais conseil en sortie snorkeling de l accueil, l éloignement au bourg demandant de passer dans des zones moins agréables et remplies de sargasses à l odeur nauséabonde

Le logement était sale, la porte de la pièce d eau nous tombe dessus et la chasse ne marchait pas vraiment.

La piscine hyper trouble et d ailleurs ensuite ils l ont fermée pour 2 jours ...

Me.gusto mucho, el lugar es grande, la playa directo, el.personal amable, el desayuno del restaurante muy bueno, muy bien servido, buen sabor económico... uno que otro detalle de servicio de los.meseros pero creo que ea en general en todo el estado.. por lo demás rico.. las camas deliciosas buenas almohadas dormí como bebé!

Cons:

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, las iguanas hacen del baño y no limpian, los muebles un poco desgastados.. pero si volvería mil veces .....
