There was a very good staff member that spoke a little German and English that tried the best to make the stay as good as possible.
We booked a triple room in the hotel and arrived at the evening. When we checked in the room the ac was not working properly. After looking through multiple rooms the staff member got us the best room he found. In this room the light was not working, the electricity was completely off, it was smaller then the room we room we booked and the ac was only working for 3 minutes before it turned off. Then after 10 minutes it turned on again which caused huge noises in the room. The bath was not clean and in the morning water sprinkled in the trashcan (maybe a pipe broke??).

Really overpriced taxi that the hotel sorted for us. 25$ to get to the airport only a few minutes away.

El aseo, en la zona aunque queda muy cerca al aeropuerto Pacífico, no hay donde salir a comer o a conocer con seguridad. Es una zona insegura. Hubiera preferido madrugar un poco más y amanecer en la ciudad de Panamá.

The shower head was broken, the water was brown and the bathroom door didn’t close.
Simply and plain: this is not a Hotel, it is a Motel. It does not have access facilities for people with mobility limitations. In the two rented rooms there were bugs, probably mites that caused itching and allergies. The bathrooms were old and poorly cleaned.
