Bed bugs
Cons:

They have bedbugs. I discovered them in my room around 2 AM and immediately packed my bags and went to reception.

What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. At first I was asked to pay for the room even though I had to leave in the middle of the night because of the bedbugs. I did not feel that was reasonable.

The receptionist did arrange another hotel for me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that hotel was less clean and comfortable, and I still had to pay the same price through the original hotel.

I’m leaving this review because I personally would have wanted to know about this before booking. Please check your mattress carefully.

В номерах на первом этаже ни какой шумо изоляции, все звуки со внутреннего дворика и хождения к нему слышны в номере, что мешает спать

Thoroughly enjoyed checking out.
Pros:

Nothing. Book here if this is the only room available in Bukhara. But worst of all, they ask not to put toilet paper in the toilet but in the garbage bin. How ridiculous is that.

Cons:

The staff were sullen and unhelpful except for the night duty person. The breakfast was beyond bad with cold eggs, lumpy oatmeal, no milk, honey, butter, jam. The crepes were cold and rubbery. It seems they recycle uneaten food.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение в пяти минутах от Ляби Хауз, неплохие номера, не маленькие. Холодильник и чайник в номере. Завтраки.

Cons:

Постель была не новая, маленькие волосы были на подушке. Подушка была в катышках и не свежая.
Завтраки бюджетные, одно яйцо, сосика, салат, блин и панкейк, хлеб, колбаса. Кофе растворимый.

Don’t stay here, if you want to get undisturbed sleep or friendly personnel

The average state was rather modern and cleanliness was alright

Cons:

I got assigned a hotel room in close proximity to reception. The first night I couldn’t fall asleep do to the receptionist watching loud music through his phone. Then I got woken by his alarm at 5:00 AM, as he was sleeping on the couch in the lobby, and had to physically get up and tell him to shut his alarm. Then I got woken by the hotel phone ringing at 7:00 AM while no one was answering

A lot of the mentioned amenities - kettle, hair dryer, iron, etc - were NOT provided!
General friendliness was not provided, and most of staff seemed bothered by the presence of guests
There was confusion about how much I had to pay, no invoice was provided
Breakfast contained ice cold sausage, eggs and pancakes - they were obviously prepared at the start and then sat on a plate in the kitchen until I arrived at 9:30.
Upon check out I was asked to wait until the receptionist “inspected” my hotel room, which I felt very weird

This is a lovely hotel in a traditional style, located not far from Lyabi-Hauz Square
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Bukhara’s lively old quarter. Spacious room decorated in a traditional Uzbek style.

Pros:

Гостиница довольно большая, номеров много, три этажа. Локация очень хорошая - в двух шагах от Ляби Хауз. Номера стандартные, чистота средняя, сантехника тоже, в одном номере не было туалетной бумаги, во втором - тапочек, без которых не хотелось идти по пыльному полу босиком. Красивый внутренний дворик, столовая где утром накрывают завтрак. Завтрак стандартный - каша, яичница, сосиска, блинчики, чай. На второй день блинчиков не досталось)) в общем, за свою цену на большее мы и не рассчитывали, а они и не претендовали.

Cons:

Во-первых, номера неплохо бы обновить - и сантехнику, и мебель. Но главное - чистоту есть куда улучшать и в целом состояние номера перед заездом следующих гостей. Но в целом приемлемо, если принимать во внимание цену. Для переночевать на пару дней сойдет, если не сидеть в номере целый день.

Heerlijke rustige plek vlak bij het centrum
Pros:

Denk ik ons beste verblijf in Oezbekistan. Vlak bij het centrum dus je bent zo overal waar je wil zijn. De omgeving is levendig in de avond en de accommodatie was erg fijn. Ruimte kamer, prima badkamer, heerlijk ontbijt. Zou er zo nog een keer blijven en heb het al aangeraden aan anderen.

Cons:

Bij het uitchecken konden wij niemand vinden (ook niet met op bel drukken) voor een registratie. Uiteindelijk hebben we die via Whatsapp nog ontvangen (en nooit nodig gehad) dus dat is alsnog goedgekomen.
