Amazing staff. Great place to stay for a short break.
Pros:

The manager during our stay was an absolute hero. He dealt with a number of issues which are common in the island (e.g. power cuts, staff shortages) quickly and professionally. He was always checking in with us, gave excellent island recommendations and it felt like nothing was too much trouble and we were convinced if we'd had any problems he would have not stopped until they were fixed.
They offer onsite moped rental and can arrange a taxis within minutes. They also provide free pick up from dock on arrival from Little Cron.
The room was large and comfortable. The bed was huge, there was hot water in the shower (not a guarantee across Nicaragua, never mind on a remote island) and the aircon was consistent.
The garden was a lovely spot to relax in.
A good breakfast was included and there was an extensive evening menu at the attached restaurant.

Cons:

In the low season a number of the surrounding restaurants and cafes were closed, therefore we felt a little trapped by the expensive prices at the restaurant. Staff emergencies meant we missed one breakfast and one night the restaurant was closed which could have lead to us being stranded if we didn't already have different plans on those days.
The messages pre our arrival stated they accepted Paypal payment, however this wasn't the case on arrival therefore we ended up using much more of our spending cash than we would have liked. Thankfully places on the island did accept card so this didn't become a problem but the check-in information does need updating so guests can be prepared.
The pool is much smaller and scruffier than the booking.com images show.
The garden could do with a couple more loungers so everyone can have a seat.

Pros:

Son jardin donnant sur la mer et sa piscine.Le personnel très à l écoute.

Cons:

L établissement est en construction, donc il reste des détails à faire. Mais le rapport qualité prix de la chambre donnant côté jardin est correct.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella a Big Corn Island, il punto di forza assoluto di questo posto sono le persone: il proprietario e tutti i dipendenti sono stati estremamente gentili e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità durante il nostro soggiorno.
Le camere mi hanno sorpreso positivamente per come sono molto ben tenute, confortevoli e con una pulizia davvero impeccabile.
Per noi é stata un'esperienza eccellente per quel che mi riguarda raccomandatissimo a chiunque desidera visitare l'isola.

Pros:

La comida muy rica, buen recibimiento nos trajeron del puerto gratis aunque si se paga el viaje al aeropuerto. Hicimos snorkel y había muchos peces.

Buenas vistas, pero con algunos inconvenientes
Pros:

Las vistas al mar. La cortesía de tener la habitación antes de la hora del check-in porque llegamos muy pronto. Así como el transporte al alojamiento a cargo del hotel.

Cons:

Teníamos la mampara del cuarto de baño rota por lo que cada vez que nos duchábamos se inundaba literalmente el baño. Les decimos lo ocurrido y nos dieron una fregona y lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros. El hecho de estar con el baño inundado fue bastante molesto.

Pros:

The hotel was quite and relaxing. Staff was excellent and very helpful with any questions. The area is kinda rural but we walked around to little restaurants and shops and felt very safe. I rented a scooter straight across the road from a family run business and was a good experience.

Great value for an excellent experience

It is really close to the beach amd offers typical food and the room I stayed was very clean and was really equipped!

The transfer from the port to the property is included but not the other way round! It’ cheap but it should say anywhere!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Es sind zwar schöne Materialien verarbeitet, jedoch sind viele Baumängel vorhanden. Die grossen glasierten Keramikplatten sind sehr rutschig und es hat sich vor unseren Augen ein junger Mann bei einem Sturz verletzt.

Pros:

No breakfast. Restaurant food was expensive

Cons:

Pool chairs would be nice. And trails to beach with beach chairs and drink service to the pool and beach. They need more staff. 2 hours to get breakfast. A guest had to help in the kitchen, but she was a great cook!
