Tranquillità e silenzio nella struttura

Pavimentazione con moquette sporca e rotta. Non ho potuto chiudere la porta della mia stanza per il codice di chiusura non funzionante assistenza nulla. Prezzo basso ma eccessivo per la dotazione. Rubinetto di un lavandino e di una doccia da sistemare/ sostituire. Letto piccolo se alti oltre 1,90mt

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This was, without question, one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. The property was nothing like it was advertised. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a foul smell, and it only got worse from there. The bedding was dirty, covered in visible stains and human hair, and was crumpled up as though it hadn't even been changed after the previous guest. There was also mould in the property and bathroom. The accommodation felt so unhygienic that I didn't feel safe staying there and had no choice but to leave immediately.

What happened next was just as shocking. When I called to report the issues, the staff member I spoke to sighed while I was explaining the situation and continued eating her lunch on the phone. There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the problem. Instead, I was repeatedly asked if I had finished speaking and told there would be no refund.

After submitting a formal complaint, the company decided that a 15% refund was somehow "appropriate"—despite the fact that I couldn't stay in the accommodation at all. Even that refund still hasn't been processed. It took two days of repeatedly chasing them just to get them to action anything, and every step of the process has been met with resistance.

If this is how they maintain their properties and treat paying customers, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

De 'cube' was een verstikkend, muf hok zonder ramen waar je eigenlijk niet fatsoenlijk in kan slapen
Pros:

Erg goedkoop, maar toch een soort van eigen ruimte. Qua prijs is het vergelijkbaar met een bed in een slaapzaal, maar biedt toch iets meer privacy. Het inchecken verliep gemakkelijk, en het hele concept leek vrij goed uitgedacht te zijn. Ook de regendouches werkten prima.

Cons:

De ventilatie in de slaapruimtes zelf was erg slecht, zodanig dat ik de eerste nacht nauwelijks kon ademen en steeds helemaal bezweet wakker werd. Ik moest de deur wagenwijd openzetten, waardoor er van de eerdergenoemde privacy weinig sprake meer was. Helaas kon het licht in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte niet uit, waardoor dit geen fijne oplossing was. Door het totale gebrek aan isolatie was ook geluidsoverlast een terugkerend probleem.

Para un solo trip o viaje de chicas puede ser algo incómodo por esa falta de sensación de seguridad

La entrada del hostal da un poco de miedo y encima no estaba ninguna puerta cerrada de la entrada con código o llave por lo que daba la sensación de inseguridad.

Minimalistisch dafür preislich günstig. Check-In mit Zahlencodes hat einwandfrei funktioniert. War schon einmal in einem Self-Check-In Hotel, wo das leider nicht der Fall war.

Cons:

Zimmer könnte besser belüftet sein. Etwas warm und stickig war es schon, hätte aber auch schlimmer sein können.

Decent stay
Pros:

The property was decent and fair for the price. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were clean.
I expected worse from what I read in some other reviews. The room itself was kinda small, but it was fine for a stay over the weekend.

Bairro sujo e com pessoas assustadoras, entrada muito suja com check in difícil de perceber. Carpete da área comum completamente suja. Os quartos são em cubos distribuídos numa sala comum onde se ouve tudo. Apesar de termos reservado esta estadia optamos por escolher outro sítio para passar a noite.

Najgorszy hotel w życiu
Cons:

Pokoje mają zerową wentylację. Nie mówię nawet o klimatyzacji tylko wentylacji. Nie było powietrza w nocy budziłem się na bezdechu i biegłem otwierać drzwi. Kolejne noce musiałem spać z otwarty drzwiami co jak wiadomo nie jest bezpieczne. Kupiłem wiatra aby jakoś żyć bo z niewiadomych przyczyn napisali że nie dostarcza mi wiatraka. Nie pozdrawiam nie pomocnych ludzi z obsługi. Najgorsze doświadczenie z hotelem w życiu.
