I’ve stayed at this property on multiple occasion. I’m hugely impressed with their hospitality, lovely staff members and brilliant cleanliness. The property is affordable, well located and enjoyable. It’s a must recommend for anyone visiting Doon for a few days!

Overall a very good experience.
Pros:

Extremely comfortable stay and the staff was v courteous in every way. Most polite. Clean and neat rooms

Cons:

Breakfast especially veg could have been better. South indian options like crispy vada , dosa wasn't there. Overall just ok breakfast in my opinion. Biscuits of various varieties could be added.

It is just nxt to the Zoo
Amazing food, staff was always helpful, big parking, valet also.

Untrained staff let loose to trouble guests
Pros:

Rooms are ok for the price

Cons:

Staff has no training and sent in to trouble guests so vacation mood gets spoiled. Chef does NOT know how to make pancake. So that should be removed from menu. Stick to basics. Pay staff nicely. Hold regular trainings. So you don’t lose clients
