Wonderful!
Pros:

The 24 hour reception was outstandingly kind, helpful and respectful, the breakfast was small but phenomenal! The hotel over all is very beautyful in arcitecture and location. Overall a very cozy stay. We will be returning here.

Perfect location and air conditioning + free ice cream !

We were able to drop our bags before check in and were offered a free ice cream, which was lovely.

Cons:

The morning receptionist on arrival could have been more friendly - rest of staff were lovely.

Incredible place would be sure to stay again.
Pros:

What an amazing place! The staff were so friendly and the 24 hour desk was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied and getting to sit on the balcony to eat it with a view of the cathedral was incredible. The free ice cream and tea and coffee was great and the location was perfect, so central and easy to walk to so many attractions and shops and food places.

Perfect Location
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is in a perfect location with a view of the Duomo. At night you can open the window up and there is often music playing outside. It can get a bit loud because it is in a popular area but there are shutters on the windows to assist blocking out noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was also good.

Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is top gelegen, midden in het centrum en overal dichtbij! Het personeel was heel gastvrij, en voelde ons meteen comfortabel. De kamer was proper en je krijgt alles wat je nodig hebt + ons terrasje zat in de zijstraat, en hadden nog steeds wat uitzicht op de Duomo. Een echte aanrader, bedankt !!
