Pros:

Vänlig personal och närheten till allt. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. Sov bra och det var tyst. Portieren på natten var supertrevlig och stod med oss kl 04 nere på gatan och inväntade taxin.

Cons:

Vi tog ett litet rum men det gick i 3 dagar. Men nästa gång bokar jag ett större dubbelrum.

Pros:

Location was obviously an asset, right next to the Duomo. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. For a small room for one person traveling alone, it was arranged for comfort and efficiency.

Well located hotel for visiting the various musuems and churches.
Pros:

Despite the fact that the room was small it had plenty of storage with a big shower.
Location is right opposite the Duomo and within easy walking distance to historical sites.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, accoglienza, buffet compreso nel prezzo, arredi e struttura nuovi.

Cons:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Duomo. The property is charming, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in the heart of Florence, making it easy to walk everywhere. The gentlemen at the front desk were consistently kind, considerate, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety of delicious foods and wonderful coffee. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming, and it truly added to our experience in Florence. We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, this was our third visit.
