Pros:

Hotelli erinomainen, hyvä sijainti, siisti, viihtyisä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kokonaisuutena erinomainen hotelli.

Cons:

Aamiaisen osalta ennakko-odotukset olivat hieman korkeammat, kun todellisuus. Uima-allas varjoinen.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Very attentive, friendly staff. Amazing view from room. Lovely location. Plenty of sunbeds and deckchairs for the beach.

Cons:

Delux room was surprisingly small. Bar service to pool did not work during our stay. Disappointing coffee at breakfast However lovely staff were always available and made up for any shortfalls.

Das Zimmer war super Frühstück ausreichend und sehr gut der Strand schön und sauber

Die Möglichkeiten abend essen zu gehen sind überschaubar in den lokalen ist es nicht möglich bei den Speisen Extras zu erhalten nur wie es auf den Karten steht schade

Soba je čista i ima tople vode i doručak je ok

Kada sam bukirala sobu, tek posle sam videla da moja soba nema balkon, na aplikaciji nije bila opcija da unapredimo smeštaj, pa sam se obratila hotelu da doplatim za smeštaj sa tersom, gde mi je rekla da imaju slobodan samo apartman od 180 evra po noći, što je inače laž jer je booking nudio i druge jedinice sa terasom. Sada mi je drago što nisam bacila pare. Soba je inače pretrpana stvarima i nemate gde kofer sa stavite
Nemaju privatnu plažu niti zakup. Ono na bukingu što vidite nisu njihove ležaljke. Zakup je 20 evra, a sad su zatvorili ogroman deo plaže žicom, da ne može da se koristi nezakupljen deo i da bi ste morali da zakupljujete ležaljke.
Od plaže do sobe smo imali 110 stepenika, nema lifta, što niko ne prikazuje na slikama, doručak je osrednji, a pločice u hotelu se cakle. Znači, ako ste mokri ( npr. Idete sa plaže) imate dobre šanse da poginete.
Na recepciji ćete retko, jako retko naći nekoga. Najčešće je recepcija prazna.
Kada smo se čekirali rekli su nam da peškire menjaju na 2 dana 🫢 Štedi se na peškirima valjda
Jastuci su debeli i tvrdi, jako neudobno

Mi smo u Herceg Novi došli zbog koncerta, Hotel je npr kao hotel sa 2 zvezdice po usluzi ili 3 po izgledu u odnosu na druge zemlje. Četiri je crnogorsko preterivanje. Dodjem u CG jednom u 5 godina i svaki put se setim što ne letujem tamo.
Svakako je za kratak smeštaj ok, mi smo bili 3 noći, ali nećete dobiti badem peškire, papuče, privatnu plažu- to je javna plaža sa puno, puno malih beba i dece.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff, a generous and delicious breakfast, and a fantastic location. The view of the sea was absolutely unbeatable.

Треба ретельніше підбирати персонал!

Власники дуже намагаються і у них це виходить, але персонал на рецепшині це жах. При виїзді зіткнулися з проблемою виїзду з паркування, наша машина була заблокована. Виявляється,що на сніданку ми мали би оголосити всім гостям, що ми будемо сьогодні виселятися і попросити прибрати їх машини(це не жарт,це її реакція).Те, що наша машина заблокована-це наша вина! Чекайте! Спека +37 градусів! Ми спізнюємося на літак!Я нікому не раджу цей готель!Ви реально ризикуєте не відлетіти з Чорногорії!

Great place to stay and as a base for exploring Herzeg Novi and the Bay of Kotor.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, good variety. Able to eat inside or out. Good sized room including mini kitchen and patio with sea view. Access directly on to the lovely Pet Danica promenade with easy access to the sea. Herzeg Novi is an interesting scenic old town with lots to explore. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking rather tight, but we managed always to get a space at the gate.

Flott hotell i en nydelig by
Pros:

Kjempehyggelige og behjelpelige eier, mange solsenger, ren basseng, rommet er akkurat som på bildet, veldig rent og fresht, store balkonger, og en kjempegod frokost, rommet ble rengjort daglig. God beliggenhet, ikke langt unna sentrum, strand og restauranter. Fantastisk sted og vi er veldig fornøyd med hotellet.
