Nice in a good location
Pros:

The check in was easy and smooth via Whatsapp, and the location of this hotel is great if you want to be in town. The restaurant next door/underneath is lovely. For 2 people the Deluxe Suite was a great size, the bed was comfortable and aircon was great (and very much needed!)

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom had one glass panel which did nothing to keep the water in so the floor got wet with each shower. The deluxe suite would be a VERY tight fit for 4 adults unless you are out all day and there is no aircon in the second room. Our second room also did not look like the pictures - no rug or coffee tables in the middle which would have been nice. We thought it was a little pricey for the amenities and would have been nice to have the option of shade on the rooftop (which has a hot tub not a pool...)

Molt ben unicada i comoda

La ubicació es inmillorable i molt net.

Cons:

No m’agradat que la terrassa que teniem no la podiem utilizar perque esta a sobre d’un restaurant i pujen tots els fums de menjar, com a molt es pot penjar la roba molla pero no es per utilitzar. Hem agafat dos apartaments per 8 persones, cada apartament es de 4. No obstant, es just per 4 persones i son dos habitacions justes sense espai comu o un sofa on assentar-se. Vam trobar a faltar aquest espai crec que pel preu que hem pagat si hi podria haver aquest espai. La habitacio que tenia la porta per anar a la terrassa que anaven tots els fums del redtaurant no tenia persiana nomes una cortina fina i que deixa passar tota la llum. Vam comprar paper de plata per no despertar-nos. El rooftop esta a dalt de tot de l’edifici i no el vam utilitzar. No hi ha asensor.

Super séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'accueil, le rooftop avec des moments très agréables le matin en prenant le café et aussi l'apéro du soir, la dame qui nous a reçu était particulièrement agréable et nous a donné des conseils pratiques, c'est petit donc on s'est sentie à la maison. Vraiment très sympa.
Certes les chambres étaient petites et on avait 2 chambres communicantes avec les enfants avec 1 seul climatiseur mais ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné.

Perfecte per passar una nit en Ciutadella
Pros:

Una habitació bonica , i amb tot detalls necessaris . Te aire condicionat .molt cèntric .bona localització.

Cons:

Es sorollós, hi ha un restaurant just a sota del edifici i se sent a la gent que esta sopant i esmorzant a la Terrassa que és bastant gran.

Mauvais rapport qualité / prix
Pros:

La piscine en plein centre ville est un vrai plus. Toutefois elle est très petite donc s’il y a d’autres clients vous ne pourrez pas en profiter en même temps.
La climatisation est aussi un plus indispensable étant donné qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des nuisances sonores et olfactives en provenance des cuisines du restaurant d’en bas qui donnent sur la terrasse privative.

Cons:

L’absence de gel douche / shampoing jamais vu dans un hôtel jusqu’à présent.
Les draps et serviettes tachés.
Le petit déjeuner a 15€ / personne incluant seulement une boisson et un truc à manger.

Céntrico y pintoresco para visitar ciudatella
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, sobre todo la cama. Muy amables las chicas que nos recibieron, muy atentas. También tuvimos una cafetera con cápsulas de café. El hotel está súper céntrico , abres la puerta y tienes muchas opciones de cafés, bares y caminando todos los lugares emblemáticos de ciudatella

Cons:

Podría estar más limpia la habitación, las sábanas y el sofá de la habitación estaba un poco sucio. El hotel
No tiene ascensor para tomar en cuenta.

Excellent location and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The roof top “pool” is lovely to sit in but describing it as a pool is not correct . It is shallow - just over my knees ! But the view is lovely and it was very refreshing to loll in on a hot day
