コスパ、ロケーションの良いホテルでした。
Pros:

ルクソール神殿に近く、食事、買い物、タクシーの手配など便利だった。
また、スタッフはゲストからの要望(冷蔵庫の不調、タクシーの手配など）に対して、親切に対応して頂きました。

特に良く無かった点はないが、施設としては古め。

I overall didn't like the stay and I won't stay there again, I booked a single bed but they gave me a family room with 3 beds, there was no water/mini bar in the room the fridge was empty and stinky. No AC remote in the room no electricity plugs near the bed for charging, I felt like they just don't care and gave me some shit

إقامتي كانت سيئة جدًا. نظافة الغرفة غير مقبولة، والمراتب لها رائحة كريهة، ولا يوجد فرش أسنان أو معجون أو شبشب. باب الحمام لا يُغلق، وعند إبلاغ العامل كان رده: (هو كده). التكييف لم يكن يعمل. الإفطار ضعيف جدًا وغير جيد إطلاقًا من حيث الجودة والتنوع. كذلك معاملة الموظفين كانت غير لائقة. تجربة لن أكررها.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. We specifically booked and paid for a Nile View room, but upon arrival, we were placed in a different room without the promised view.

Furthermore, the room's condition was unacceptable:

Hygiene: The room and bed linens were not clean upon arrival.

Maintenance: The furnishings and equipment were outdated and poorly maintained.

Service: Despite our stay extending beyond a day, the room was never cleaned, and the trash was not emptied.

This experience fell far short of the standards expected. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a partial refund or compensation for these grievances.
