Pros:

Staff, location, facilities, cleanliness, huge room, great a-la-carte breakfast.

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is they don't restock in-room coffees, and you have to pay extra if you want a restock. Seems very silly, its only like 1 euro per coffee, but its a bit of an unnecessary inconvenience instead of just making sure guests have complimentary coffee/tea in their room, daily. But all in all, it was a great stay.

Gutes Hotel mit Potential
Pros:

Standort nahe Bahnhof, Zimmergrösse, Rezeption, bequemes Bett, Zungang zu einem Spa am Ende der Strasse, Frühstück ist lecker (ich würde aber ein Buffet bevorzugen)

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Für mich gibt es ein paar Punkte, wo man nicht viel überlegt hat:
- Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon. Leider fehlen da Stühle und Tische. Wäre toll, wenn man einen Tisch und Stühle an der Rezeption bestellen könnte. Sonst bringt der Balkon nicht viel!
- Wenn man duscht ist das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser. Ein Duschvorhang wäre sicherlich vorteilhaft!
- Es gibt keinen Tisch im Zimmer. Wenn jemand am Computer arbeiten möchte, muss er das kleines Tischchen nutzen (umständlich). Platz für einen Tisch hätte es genug

Definitely a place to stay in Plovdiv!
Pros:

The place is fabulous. The staff are amazing and friendly, the place is gorgeous and clean. The restaurant serves unreal food! We love every bit of our stay.

Het was een nieuw hotel. Mooie grote kamer. Alles was wel heel proper

Cons:

Het ontbijt was á la carte. Vreemde combinaties waaruit je kon kiezen. Spijtig dat je geen mandje met wat brood erbij kreeg. Ik nam een scrambled egg en moest zelf om brood vragen. Tegen dat ik dat had was m´n ei koud. Bij het uitchecken geloofde de receptioniste ons niet dat we niets uit de minibar hadden genomen en stuurde eerst iemand om dit te checken. Gaf ons geen aangenaam gevoel. Als je een douche nam, stond heel de badkamer onder water.

Cons:

The hotel lacks a practical way for guests to unload their luggage and transport it to their rooms, as the layout makes this physically difficult (two employees had to carry the luggage cart over stairs). Additionally, guests are charged for extra coffee pods beyond the initial two provided, meaning that coffee for the second day comes at an additional cost. The reception staff could also benefit from better training, as the level of service and professionalism did not meet expectations.
