Sin duda la limpieza y comodidad. Son muy amables y gentiles con los huéspedes. La opción de desayuno es excelente.

Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e boa cama.

Cons:

Chuveiro ruim, localização distante do metrô. Frigobar não estava funcionando, havia vazamento no banheiro. A providência que tomaram? Disseram que realmente o frigobar não estava funcionando e colocaram uma lixeira embaixo do vazamento!!! Isso é coisa que se faça num hotel com esse preço? Foi uma decepção total.

Pros:

Tiszta volt a szoba, minden nap takarítottak , cserélték a törölközőket. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, csendes környék, de a metró állomások 5 perc sétára vannak.

Cons:

A fürdőszobán nem volt ajtó

Good hotel in a charming neighborhood.
Pros:

We loved the location in the charming Butte-aux-Cailles neighborhood. Conveniences such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies were just steps away. The nearest Metro stop (Place d'Italie) was a short 10 minute walk.

Cons:

The staff at the reception desk could have been friendlier. We stayed in two 3-star hotels on this visit to Paris, and the welcome you receive when you walk in the door makes a difference. The other feature we had trouble with was the shower set up in the bathroom. There shower area had a curtain that could be pulled around it on 3 sides, which also closed in the toilet and we couldn't mange to take showers without getting the entire floor of the bathroom wet.

A TV poderia ter mais opções, o hotel fica em uma subida e é uma boa caminhada até o metrô.
