Very bad reception service, especially at night. The reception staff were not helpful at all and did not assist me when I needed help. This made my stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

I like the size of their suit room. It feels like home.

I only dislike the bidet. It is supposed to be on the right side, not on the left because it's very hard to maneuver.
