Disappointed
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

It was winter and I didn't have a heater in my room. I informed the front desk twice and they said they'll get me one. They never did and didn't bother to inform me.

Pros:

The facility it great and value for money. And location was great and smooth check in.

Cons:

The place was smelling dagga or marijuana every night. Someone was smoking and that irritated the heck out me because it should be illegal. I reported to the reception.

It was okay, value for money.
Cons:

The bed was so hard. Not comfortable at all. And they didn’t bring extra blankets since it’s winter that would be considerate. Their hairdryer is not working!

Great location but room was just not good.
Pros:

Reception was good and location was convenient.

Cons:

(1) Room smelled of smoke and had to use fan to create clean air
(2) Bathroom ceiling had mould
(3) Bed was not comfortable at all and there was no extra blanket for the cold.
