It was nice, clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is good but I wouldn’t walk around when it’s dark. Always take an uber or a taxi.

The location, we tried locating the place for approx an hour - we're from Cape Town so this shouldn't of been a problem.
When we called the reception area, whoever answered was cold and dismissive, he telling us to use the GPS - no helpful at all. 2nd call to the "hotel" were met with the same short attitude and we requested to speak to someone else who was extremely helpful (cannot fault her).
When we eventually arrived, the hotel looked a bit dodgy as if the photos were AI. Tbh, hotel looked as if it allowed spicy workers and activities.
The whole vide was just off. The male receptionist was in casual mode, nothing about his attire said he worked for hotel, the female who was helpful was sat on tik tock, with a bonnet on her head and in a pink gown material tracksuit. Again, nothing screamed professionalism.
We ended up going back and forth with the "receptionist" as we were greeted with a R500 refundable breakage deposit, nowhere on my booking did it indicate this as I am usually thourgh when making bookings.
He claimed we were able to cancel and get our money back - he blatantly lied and provided false information.
This hotel needs to be investigated. No wonder it has a 2.6 rating, which we found out afterwards.
They didn’t have WiFi and when I asked they about it they say I should have went down to reception to ask for help like that doesn’t make sense
