Arrived at hotel, security gaurd was freindly and helpful but thats about the only positive. They were not aware of our booking. We waited 45 minutes for someone other than a security gaurd to come and look into the issue. When they arrived they could not find the keys for our room! After another 30 minutes of this person being confused about things we were told there is no room for us because the room was already booked out as an AirBnB. We had to leave and find another hotel. This all happened at 1am after a long day of travelling. Just total incompetance. Dont book with this useless place, its not worth the hassle.

Okay for convenience. Wouldn’t recommend for extended stay
Pros:

Location is ideal. Walking distance to alot of cafes and restaurants

Cons:

The rooms seem to have a high turnover so they aren’t the cleanest honestly. The passages stink of cannabis as soon as you exit the lifts. There is also an undisclosed protection deposit if R500 upon check in that guests should be made aware of so they can prepare for the extra costs not listed on the site

Cleanliness of the property

Cons:

1. Bed was not so comfortable and the headboard design/ wardrobe made me feel uncomfortable as if something heavy was over my shoulders. It may the space feel confined. 2. Noise from neighbours can easily be detected. 3. In the late evening the smell of weed was often in the air, eve with my door closed. It could’ve picked up coming from the passage.
