Her şeye rağmen iyiydik….
Pros:

Deniz harikaydı!! Denizden ulaşılabilen adaya yüzmek çok keyifli bir deneyimdi. Sahilde Starbucks olması değer katan bir detaydı. Çalışanlar çoğunlukla çok iyi niyetli, ilgili, ve yardımseverdi. -1. kat lobby alanı konforlu ve oradaki barın kokteylleri oldukça lezzetliydi. Gece gösterileri -maalesef çok daha farklı olmasını tercih edeceğimiz Türk gecesi hariç- çok iyi ve başarılıydı. Otel temizliği ile yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti genel anlamda oldukça iyiydi.

Cons:

İyileştirilmesi 5 yıldızlı bir otel için çok da zor olmaması gereken çok önemli eksiklikler ve olumsuzluklar vardı. Maalesef hem girişte hem çıkışta yoğunluk ve eleman yetersizliğinden eşyalarımızı hep kendimiz taşıdık. 3 kişi için pek de konforlu sayılamayacak odamızın banyosunda günün belli saatlerinde hep kanalizasyon kokusu oluyordu ve merkezi sistemle yönetilen klima açık tutulduğunda uyumak için çok soğuk, kapatıldığında çok sıcak oluyordu. Ayrıca birisi balkon kapısını açıp kapadığında otomatik devreye giremediğinden mutlaka yeniden başlatılması gerekiyordu. Odadaki kasa, bizim için erişimi çok zor bir yükseklikteydi ve banyomuzda tek bir priz yoktu. İlk 3 gün odamızın kapısının gerçekte kilitlenmediğini ve dışarıdan kartsız da girilebildiğini maalesef fark etmedik ama bize bu şekilde verilmiş olmasına çok şaşırdık. A la carte restoran rezervasyonu 10-12 arasında yapılabildiği halde 11de gittiğimizde rezervasyon yapamadık. Restoranda servis elemanları sayıca yetersiz olduğu için hep kan ter içinde çalıştıklarından ve zor yetiştiklerini gördüğümüzden ek bir şeyler isterken hep çekindik. Tesiste var olduğu belirtilen kapalı havuz yaz sezonu süresince kapalıymış; açık havuz kullanmayı tercih etmediğim ve güneşte uzun süre kalamadığım için bu da bana hayal kırıklığı oldu. Odada küçük bir kaza sonucu kızımın dudağı yaralandı ve acil buz rica ettiğimiz halde gelen olmadı, kendimiz bara inip aldık. Bulunmaktan en keyif aldığımız deniz kenarında wi-fi çekmiyordu. Nihai olarak da çıkışta otoparkta aküsünü bitmiş bulduğumuz aracımızın çalıştırılması konusunda ilk etapta yardım talebimiz otelde mekanikten anlayan birinin bulunmadığı gerekçesiyle geri çevrildi. Durumun ciddiyeti ve yaşadığımız gerginlik üzerine gereken ilgi gösterildi. Hiç olmaması gereken sorunlar olmuşsa da, çözüm konusundaki yaklaşımlar genel anlamda olumluydu.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Durch eine kurze Unterführung erreichte man den Strand.
Das Animationsteam war sehr engagiert. David, Ayse, Amelie und Dasha waren toll. Auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Besonderen Dank an Sadike, die half als mein Sohn krank wurde. Und einen Dank an Alp und Berkay.

Cons:

Es gibt leider einen Personalmangel, den man spürt. Das gesamte Personal bemüht sich, es auszugleichen. Habe niemanden gesehen, der einfach nur rumsteht. Trotzdem merkt man, das Personal fehlt.

Returned after one year, and I still love this place.
Pros:

Nice looking hotel, food is excellent, heated pools huge bonus specially if you are coming off season, entertainment was ok - we were off season I am sure it's much better during the main season.

Cons:

1. last year we got free upgrade - family room with two separate rooms. This year we thought it will be like automatic as returned guests but got just standard room - a bit small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teen kids) with 3 standard beds and one rollaway bed, we were told we could try to change it after few days but it was just too much hassle to pack everything again, so we kept the room. 2. you are in the middle of nowhere - for some people it could be disapointing as you need to get taxi to town. 3. if you are looking for a nice big beach, this is not the right place for you, the hotel beach is very small.

The food definitely deserves a special mention. There’s a great variety, and everything is both delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the dessert corner! 🍰

The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist and always with a smile.

Zimmer mit Terasse und Pool waren top!

Cons:

Minibar wurde nie aufgefüllt (erst nach Beschwerde) Nachbarn waren laut und haben ungebetene Gäste eingeladen. Zimmer war optisch sauber aber Boden, Bad und terasse waren schmutzig. Kissen zu hart bzw. Gab es nur ein weiches Ersatzkissen. Bademantel zu kurz gewesen aber war egal, hab den nur einmal genutzt
