Great experiance
Pros:

Staff members were very accommodating and beach front view. great breakfast and rooftop bar.

Cons:

Bathroom grouting may need better cleaning, NOT complaining but just a recommendation.

لاتثقوا بحجزكم المؤكد مع هذا الفندق السيئ الكاذب

لايوجد لانه فندق غير ثقه وسيئ جداً

يجب الحذر من هذا الفندق انا حجزي مؤكد لغرفتين انا وعائلتي وللاسف عندما وصلت لهم اخبروني انه لايتوفر غرف بإسلوب سيئ جداً ثم ذهبت للفندق بجانبهم لفندق برنس الرائع جداً وانصح الجميع فيه وعدت لأخذ شنطي ورفضوا توصيلها حتى قمت بدفع مبلغ لهم لنقلها وبعد رفع شكوى ردوا بالبريد بكل وقاحة وكذب انه لايوجد لدي حجز مؤكد وبعد ارسال صورة من الحجز المؤكد وردهم بالتاكيد اعتذرت مديرتهم صوفيا وقالت الخطاء من الربط بينهم وبين بوكنق وللاسف بوكنق لم تتفاعل معي حتى الأن وانا ليفل 3 جينيسس وعميل لاكثر من 20 سنه معهم لذلك هذا اخر تعامل لي مع بوكنق وسوف انتقل الى تطبيق قودا والحجز مباشره من مواقع الفنادق لانه ارخص منهم ايضاً ودليل ان حجزي مؤكد اني استطيع التقييم الان لهم

Просто нереально крутой и современный отель. Чувствуешь себя в полном комфорте и безопасности. Все сотрудники очень вежливые и приветливые. Хорошо говорят на Английском. Особенная благодарность Джону и СиСи. Они были очень заботливыми❤️

very friendly staff, efficient service. in-room dining was yummy. great location and very clean property.
Pros:

property is well situated and very near to the beach. takes about 10-15 mins to get to the restaurants area.

the balcony was abit tight.

L’hôtel en lui même était bien mais un peu décentralisé.

Le confort de la chambre et la plage déserte pour soi devant l’hôtel

Cons:

La localisation de l’hôtel était un peu loin de tout. Pas de choix de restaurants aux alentours. Il faut prendre un grab systématiquement.
