Good location, warm staff and clean premises.

Cons:

I felt that the overall cost was quite high for the experience provided. While I appreciate that prices were likely influenced by the peak season, the heatwave, and the popularity of the area, the rates were closer to those of a premium property. However, the accommodation itself did not quite reflect a luxury standard, and I say this with no ill intent.

Disappointing. an hotel which needs a great deal of investment to bring it up to 4* standard.
Pros:

We were given an attic room up three flights of stairs. The room was stuffy and 2* at the most. Only a shower attachment in a bath, small TV. In no way can this be described as a superior room.

Flott beliggenhet og utsikt
Kort vei til naturen, turstier, Durdle door, Stair hole og koselig landsby.
Gode restauranter i nærheten
Stor og god parkering nedenfor hotellet

Cons:

Prisen for rommet er altfor høy og måtte betale 15 pund i tillegg for frokost
Veldig lytt mellom rommene, og du hører andre gjester prater og gåing på rom og i ganger.
Bare pizza i restauranten
Burde vært noen solsenger ute på terrassen, ikke bare bord og stoler

Very happy with our stay at the Durdle Door hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely experience staying in the Durdle Door hotel, which is a pleasant place to stay, located at a beautiful and very well connected location.
Our stay was made very special by Julia who provided truly exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay with my toddler.
She is a remarkable young lady!
The rest of the staff were also really nice which is so important to us.
We are leaving 5 star review based on the exceptional customer service, comfortably of the family room, cleanliness and fantastic location.
Important to note that the staff providing us with a travel cot which was so needed for us made us book the room in the first place.
We are so happy with our stay that we would love to go back!

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t so great was that the TV didn’t have any documentary channels or kids channels. And the bathroom lock wasn’t working. However this didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay overall.

A good place to stop in Lulworth Cove.

The view from the room was amazing.
