Clean, comfortable, friendly and beautiful.
Pros:

The comfort of the rooms, the feeling of the linen. It was very clean and the staff were great.

The pool was lovely and they have all salon facilities available at the hotel itself it was so convenient.

The staff especially were amazing, Namal, Himanshu, Naveen, Divya, Jennifer, Pavan and Gokul

Rooms were maintained good so i liked the cleanliness

Cons:

At breakfast they missed my order one day completely and most of the time they roam around foreigners they rarely asked me what i want so clearly there is discrepency in handling the guests so i wont think i will visit back again

It is a beautiful property with stunning rooms, super comfortable beds and lovely sheets and towels. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range and a focus on healthy options as well. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend The Leela to anyone travelling to Hyderabad.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is for staff to clear dishes and cups once we had eaten or drunk the items. We often had a collection of dirty plates, bottles and cups in the spare setting at the table.

Not the best.
Pros:

The facilities and room were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same everyday. Limited spread for a 5 star hotel. TV was not working for a few days in a row despite technicians coming down. It wasn't fully rectified until I had to express my dissatisfaction to the staff. Uber drivers kept cancelling on us because the hotel closed the entrance for construction.
