Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location is brilliant. Lots of nice cafes near by. Hotel is extremely clean and the sheets and towels are new. The restaurants in the hotel are great as well. The pool is very nice and has a nice view as well. Breakfast was Amazing ! The library bar serves some great cocktails.

Breakfast was wonderful, Every staff managing breakfast was very much attentive. love the filter coffee. lots of varieties to choose on breakfast menu. located centrally and easy access to both cities.

Cons:

exceptional service. everyone was very welcoming including ground staff to floor managers. also let me check in 2hrs early.

Will be back again. Best property in Hyderabad. Convenient location.
Pros:

Phenomenal customer service. Great staff. Very polite and respectful. Willing to help anytime. Always smiling. Went out of the way to keep patrons happy. Gym is very well maintained. Sauna and steam room are very well maintained.
