The friendly staff were all genuinely eager to help.

Cons:

Oh the wife and I checked in at 4 am in the morning after an overnight flight... so we were just ready to get to our room shower and hit the bed. The front office staff were excellent and they completed the checkin formalities within a few minutes and even upgraded me to a suite !! However as soon as I reached my room I wanted to take a dump before showering and to my horror the flush wasn't working !! It was such a terrible situation at 4 in the morning... my wife couldn't even enter the washroom due to the awful stink... so none of us were able to shower. No one was picking up my call in guest services / housekeeping. Finally I had to walk down to the reception and luckily the front office guy was able to get hold of a plumber who came up to the room and fixed the issue. By then we had lost an hour and it was 5 in the morning !! But apart from this isolated incident, everything else was just excellent.
One more thing, the property is undergoing some renovation work due to which all the windows of my room were blocked with thick plastic... there was no mention of this at the time of booking !!

Remarkable, with many thanks
Pros:

We upgraded our room to Firoz Suite for a 10-night stay at a very affordable price, and we were extremely happy with our choice. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with beautiful, modern furniture. Since the hotel was established less than two years ago, everything still feels fresh and new.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay, and a special thanks goes to the housekeeping team—Shrid, Abijeet, and Ruminka—for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Our overall experience was truly remarkable, and the view from our hotel room was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
