Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. I thank them very much, and this wonderful hotel is definitely worth returning to.

Great Place to stay in the heart of Hyderabad!
Pros:

Excellent location with big spacious rooms. Fantastic in room amenities in the Team&Coffee section and the mini bar. The breakfast has a decent selection of food and the staff is courteous.

Love the Tishya range of amenities!

Cons:

Everything was great. I just feel that the C/in and C/out process could have been efficient if the front desk was fully staffed.

Lots of room to improve the services with personal touch
Pros:

Breakfast was much below standard

Cons:

No body bothered to explain the facilities of the hotel to ensure the guest feels at home. Food quality in the breakfast was just a repeat on every day. Staying more than a day at this property will get anyone sick mentally.
