Cons:

We booked the hotel just for our last night in Istanbul before flight back. When we arrived the first recepxionist told us there was a small problem with the room—the air conditioner had broken down. He offered us a better room, but we had to wait an hour for it to be ready. After that, the room still wasn’t available. They said they were cleaning it. The receptionist from the next shift arrived; he spoke English much better and was the only good thing about the hotel, aside from the location. He was very embarrassed by what was happening, since there were neither clean towels nor sheets. At the end, the better room offered before, was not available for some reason. He went to the laundry somewhere around, himself to get them. He was very helpful in trying to solve the situation, since I had already asked for a refund and wanted to go to another hotel.
We waited for over two and a half hours, and the manager offered us a 5-euro discount on a taxi! But I didn’t even booked a taxi with them!
The room is very small, and the single bed was a fold-out and very uncomfortable. Anyway, it wasn’t a good stay at all. I just appreciate the employee’s thoughtfulness.

Si trova in un'ottima posizione dove è facilmente raggiungibile il centro della città.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata perdeva acqua sul pavimento ma non è stato possibile intervenire o cambiare stanza, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta col caldo e forti rumori.

Pros:

Біз броньдаған номер өте кіші болды бірақ отельдің сотруднигінен номер ауыстыруды өтінген едік тез шешімін тауып ауыстырды. Кең, таза бөлмеге орналастырды. Servet деген сотрудник өте қарапайым жағымды азамат екен. 👍🏻

Pros:

A hotel sétányi közelségre volt több nevezetességtől, szemben zöldséges, naguon közel több közért, villamosmegálló, 5 percnyi kellemes sétára volt a Bosporus. A környéken rengeteg étkezde, kávézó található. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a reggeli bőséges és finom, bár ottlétünk alatt kávét nem tudtunk inni, mindennap rossz volt a kávéfőző. A szomszéd kávézóban viszont pótoltuk.
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, visszatérünk!

Pros:

Nada ,tuvimos problemas íbamos 6 personas y a dos hubo un escape de agua en la habitación ,y las dejaron en la calle ya que era imposible alojarse,tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y no nos devolvieron el dinero.En otra habitación , el aire no funcionaba y ni caso ,no nos dejaban toallas
