Pros:

All round excellent value for money place to stay
Pros:

Great location relative to old town, very clean and good facilities. Quiet at night and a great nights sleep in our room.

Cons:

Room was slightly cramped but we did have a massive suitcase! There wasn’t anything about the hotel that we hadn’t expected given the price we paid.

Pros:

Cons:

Great breakfast, friendly staff, but I didn’t expect to work housekeeping on my holiday
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful reception. AWESOME breakfast.

Cons:

Our room flooded on the very first day. The shower is sloped the wrong way, so literally NONE of the water went down the drain. It all flowed into the room. I had to spend my holiday soaking it up with my shower towel, taking it to the balcony, squeezing it out, and repeating this about 5 times. Basically became unpaid housekeeping on vacation 😂

Also, the coffee cup and spoon were dirty when we arrived.

Its written in the box about what we liked about the property.
Pros:

Quiet, clean, close to pubs and restaurants and most of all the manager Mike has been very helpful to arrange a taxi to get to the Seaport the next morning. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really
