This hotel never let me down. Really lovely hotel, the staff were friendly, and the room was big, comfortable and clean. Very central location so it was an easy 2 min. walk to the beach, nearby bars , shops and some of the attractions niether. The hotel bar stays open until late. Easy check in & out, lovely sea view of my room terrace.cleaning provided every day ! I highly recommend it to everyone !!

I booked for this Hotel through booking. Com to pay at the property. I arrived in pattaya sick after a 24 hours flight. I called this hotel by 12 noon to request for early check-in because of my health condition, the sales person got my information and told me that they were booked up. I had no other choice but to book for another hotel through booking. Come (ACQUA HOTEL) telling the sales person I'll be coming the next day. I arrived the next day, checked in by 1pm for the same room for two nights and paid cash as agreed. The sad news here is that BOOKING.COM changed my credit card for all three nights after the Classroom hotel collected cash and issued receipt for my stay at their hotel. I need my money re embossed immediately because I cannot pay for the same hotel double.
