L’hôtel est neuf et superbe
Le seul hic c’est qu’il est loin du centre ville.
On peut prendre le bus mais la route est très chargée donc c’est long
Hôtel très agréable, propre et récent.
Personnel très attentionné.
Chambre très lumineuse avec de très grandes fenêtres avec vue sur Galway (en ce qui nous concernait)
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec énormément de choix.
L'accès au centre de Galway (Eyre Square) est très facile/pratique en utilisant le bus 401 (arrêt à 2min à pied de l'hôtel)
Sinon, pour y aller à pied, compter 25-30 minutes.

Very modern. excellent service and food. The bar had entertainment that night witch was very good. Honestly couldn't say anything bad about this place and I will definitely be back next time am in Galway
The Hotel was new, modern and very clean. The staff were professional and helpful. The undergroud parking was free. The room was a good size and very quiet.
A little far from the city centre.
Breakfast was lovely. Well laid out . After first day no problem. It was a beautiful four day’s rest .

Very little for the outrageous price paid.
On arrival the receptionist was rude. We were given a disabled room. We asked to change and we were told that we were anti-disabled, totally untrue, we just didn't want a wet room having been promised a walk in shower. Breakfast was poor at times depending upon who was cooking. Often cold and needed refreshing. The hotel was in the middle of a building site. On one day we were boxed in by cars from the site and had to try to find a builder to "call" 500 builders to track down who was parked around to get out .
Clean and great to deal with. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is out of town but we had a car so no issue for us
