The non chalant attitude when a complaint was made.
We ate a lovely but over priced meal, served by a lovely girl that was rushed off her feet trying manage all table on her own. We ordered 2 cocktails on arrival that consisted of 3 mouthfuls each and took nearly 30mins to make. But the worst I ever witnessed was the lemon drop it was actually a shot glass amount for €15 we left €60 on cocktails that were the smallest I’ve ever witness and I’m a ex 5 star hotel manager so I know the cost of f&b- when I complained I got “sorry to hear that and here’s the bill “ she even agreed with me and said we are changing the cocktail menu no good to me I paid for our cocktails and everyone else with what was left over from making mine - it was plain to see from where I was sitting. But the food was really delicious.

The charcuterie platter is lovely in d bar had that for lunch, wine nice but 10.50 for house nice but also too expensive wine managers and staff standing around chatting and let me stand and wait for service. Som French Irish tour in bar after dinner 2 bar tenders 2 managers service still extremely slow for the amount of customers and managers giving out to the staff in plain view and the bar man had served me at lunch was very competent and friendly.

We came here in the middle of the midnight. We were trying to find a room to sleep for one night after we left our previous terrible accommodation. When we arrived everything went smooth and fast from parking, to check-in. The staff were very friendly. Our room too. The breakfast the next day was great.
No problems. They saved our night!

Air condition is not working all night it’s so hot. We can’t sleep all night recall that reception they just said yeah we are put it on, but it’s still not on all night
