We’ve been to Mexico a few times and have never had this bad of a experience, definitely not happy!
Pros:

Had no power or running water, ended up sleeping in our car till morning and then ended up cutting or trip short and coming home due to the circumstances

Cons:

Too have power and water, and definitely some communication from the hotel on what was going on..

Staff was super nice and attentive, close to the beach, clean rooms

Cons:

Like anything else it was not a fancy place, a dirt road to get to hotel a few blocks from main road. But we'll worth it for money

I will definitely not be staying here again.
Pros:

The only things I liked about it is the colorful tile in the bathroom and walls with murals.

Cons:

The bathroom had long hairs in the shower on the walls and in the towels, the tiny fridge in our room was unplugged and stunk really bad! No microwave available in the rooms. Very primitive.

Great place to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Location is very convenient. Close to the beach, bank, malecón and restaurants. The pool was a plus! Everyone had a great time. kind and friendly owner.

We enjoyed our stay and for the price, it was a good experience.
Pros:

-The proximity to Playa Mirador and surrounding points of interest.
-The ability to check in early helped with making the most of the stay.
-The common area of the hotel was very nice with tables and an outside TV.

Cons:

-The mattresses are a bit used and could use a replacing.
-The common use kitchen area was not clean and presentable.

Horrible Hotel
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

They allow live band in the hotel. When I book through booking.com it said no parties allowed and yet they had a birthday party with music so load. I call the help center of booking.com and they couldn't help. I moved to another hotel in the middle of the night. So disappointed of casa Victoria hotel and booking.com.

I love the price and the location.

Cons:

Our sink wasn't draining very well and we were only given a small roll of toilet paper. We ran out in the evening and office was closed. We were hoping for a heated pool, but it was cold.
