During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website). The two buildings are across from each other. Guests staying in the 2* Studios only need to cross the street to reach the reception, and they will have access to all the 4* services and faiclities.

Amabilidad y buena localización
Pros:

Camas muy cómodas.
Trato excelente en el buffet por parte del personal y en recepción tb.
Buena ubicación en general

Cons:

No fue posible contactar por tlf con la recepción del hotel previamente a la llegada. Desde la habitación tampoco funcionaba el tlf.

El ruido desde las otras habitaciones se escuchaba bastantes

Déficit de limpieza, atención y servicios
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas y las instalaciones de agua par los niños

Cons:

Había pelos en el secador, había mucho polvo bajo las camas, había un bicho que alguien había matado pegado en el techo, la ducha se había roto y la había arreglado con silicona. El transfer no pasó después de esperarlo 1h y ahora el hotel que fué quien pidió los taxis no quiere hacerse cargo de la factura del taci en cuanto nos indicaron que ellos se harían cargo. Además, los apartamentos no tienen persianas y la luz entra por las cortinas de noche porque las luces de las terrazas permanecen encendidas toda la noche.

Expérience de 2 nuits en couple
Pros:

Les entrées des parcs compris dans le prix. Demi-pension : satisfait lors des 3 derniers repas, buffet très varié. Proche du centre ville et de la plage, ça nous a permis de nous balader à pied. Studio en dehors de l'hôtel mais juste en face.

Cons:

Déçu du premier dîner lors de notre arrivée.
La vue et le bruit sur une aération de notre studio au rez-de-chaussée mais sans plus.
Pas de parking proposé à l'accueil mais les parking autour de l'hôtel sont gratuit (emplacement bleu).

Bien situé
Pros:

Chambres rénovées récemment. Nous avons séjourné dans un chambre appart hotêl en face du bâtiment principal. Literie très confortable, chambre très propre, entièrement rénové. Petit déjeuner buffet bon.
Accès au centre ville à pied en 5 min.

Cons:

Bruyant du fait des aller venus dans le couloir.
Malgré la présence d'une kitchenette il n'y a aucune vaisselle disponible. J'ai du demander un couteau à la réception pour pouvoir couper mes tomates, l'établissement m'a répondu que dans un soucis de sécurité cela n'été pas possible mais qu'une dame de ménage allait me l'apporter dans ma chambre ; Elle n'est jamais venu !

Dichtbij het centrum en dichtbij port aventura

Cons:

De communicatie was echt heel slecht. We hadden ontbijt en avondeten. En bij aankomst werd er niets van gezegd hoe het werkte. Bij het avondeten kregen we geen drank. Moesten we apart bijbetalen. En er waren gratis bussen naar het pretpark maar na uur en half wachten kwamen ze niet en hebben we maar taxi gepakt. 25 euro extra kwijt.
