Comfortable, well located, amazing onsen and great extras
Pros:

Good location, easy walking to station and all the key attractions. The free ramen was a nice bonus along with all day iced water and free coffee. The onsen was amazing. For a hotel at this price hot, cold, outdoor and sauna plus then post onsen ice creams. Great amenities, clean, not crowded. Had a great stay. Would reccomend

Pros:

The location is excellent, sitting just a 10-minute walk from Matsumoto Station. The staff are exceptionally warm and accommodating, and their effort to speak English made communication seamless and highly appreciated. The breakfast—it’s absolutely amazing with a massive, diverse variety that hits every food group. Having a dedicated smoking room was also a major plus. Definitely worth a stay!

Cons:

Not a big issue but the bed mattress was a bit hard but then I am used to my bed at home.
I'm also 130kg and over 6ft in height so that would not help.

最低限のドーミーインクオリティ

Cons:

高すぎる。他のドーミーインと比べて朝食ショボすぎる。マッサージチェアの配備ない。フロントが狭すぎてツアー客でごった返す。領収書も朝食の分が最初出て来なくて、指摘したら5分くらい待たされた。ここしか知らなければいいホテルだが稚内のドーミーインを経験してしまうとここはランクが大分下。改善求む。たびのホテルにすれば良かった。

Cuarto demasiado pequeño
Pros:

La ubicación. Muy próximo a la estación de trenes y a la de buses. La sopa nocturna gratuita.

Cons:

El cuarto era exageradamente pequeño, con una gruesa columna en una esquina que quitaba aún más espacio. El grifo del lavabo no podía ser peor: barato; sin mezcladora de agua.
