とにかく設備が充実。
部屋がこれまで泊まったツインルームの中では最大で、感覚としては1.5〜1.8倍くらいに広く感じた。
部屋には、丸テーブルと椅子があり、椅子は背もたれがしっかりしていて、くつろぐことがた。
部屋の冷蔵庫にはちょっとしたおもてなし（プチケーキやペットボトル）があり、ロビーでのウェルカムドリンクとともに、チェックイン後の小腹を満たしてくれた。
証明が明るく、自宅で過ごしているような感覚でもあった。
大浴場があって、自室で湯船にお湯を張る必要もなく、とても快適だった。大浴場はとても清潔感があった。お風呂上がりのアイスや乳酸飲料のサービスもありがたかった。
朝食のメニューが充実していたし、美味しかった。

Cons:

駐車場は立体式なのか、高さ制限（215cm？）と車幅制限（185cm）があり、車幅制限で駐車することは出来なかった。ただし、近隣（徒歩５分程度）の外部駐車場が見つかり、事なきを得た。一泊二日で1,700円（ホテル駐車場は同1,100円）と、少し高くついたが、かなり新しく、広めのスペースで車止めロックもない駐車場に巡り合い、ここなら必要経費と割り切った。
フロント担当は、研修中で、まだ不慣れだった。
