Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had booked two nights, but one of them was unexpectedly cancelled. The room was unbelievably small—more like a storage closet than a hotel room, and certainly much smaller than the other rooms in the hotel despite costing exactly the same price.
There was no wardrobe, no mirror, and very little space to move around. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time it was used. Overall, the room lacked even the most basic amenities and did not match the price charged. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Прекрасный отель в живописном месте, рядом много магазинов и кафе. Красивый вид из окон на горы. Супер приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, администратор Нана, прекрасный человек, спасибо вам большое.
Завтрак очень вкусный.
Сам отель сделан со вкусом, впечатляет декор и особенно люстры.

Cons:

Даже нечего написать, всё понравилось.

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better — everything you need is just around the corner. The team was warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — slept so well! Overall, great value for money and I’d definitely come back.

늦은 체크아웃 인데도 반갑게 맞아 주었으며 조식은 너무나 신선한 채소와 방금구운 케익과 스파게티는 5성급호텔보다 좋았다. 그리고 호텔 메니저는 너무나 친절해 조식시간이 만족스러웠다.

Pros:

Персонал вежливый и готов помочь, но объясниться очень трудно так как по английски говорят с трудом и то только на ресепшене. чтобы объясниться с другим персоналом надо приглашать менеджера с ресепшена. Номер чистый. Завтрак в целом вполне нормальный, за исключением кофе.

Cons:

Номер крохотный. В туалете невозможно повернуться. Номер на двоих но в нем всего один стул. На ресепшене говорят по английски плохо. В ресторане мы вообще не смогли объясниться с официантом, так как он говорил только по грузински. На завтрак кофе был только растворимый. В целом мы не рекомендуем останавливаться в этом отеле.
