Great location and friendly staff with comfortable room. Easy to get around the city via train or DiDi and short walk to Oxford Street or the Cross.
Room a bit smaller than expected based on mix up on arrival but they made up for it with wine and credit note.

We are so happy this hotel popped up for us. The styling is so much fun, the staff were lovely, the room was well appointed and the bed super comfortable. I wish I could live there!
As it's an older building there is no lift (this wasn't an issue for us personally but there may be people where it is)
The location was very convenient being so close to shops and restaurants, the hotel building architecture was stunning and the room decor was beautiful and designed to suit the historical richness of the building. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, we felt valued as guests staying and would 100% love to stay again.
Obviously given the history and architecture of the building, the bathroom was added in as a secondary feature to the converted hotel, the bathroom was an elevated capsule in the room and I would have prefered a proper ensuite attached to the bedroom. But other than that, the room itself was lovely and very spacious.
Quirky and cool. A great vibe. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Opera House which is a lovely stroll. The local area is fab for food and drinks. Staff are absolutely lovely.
The room was so open to the outside courtyard if I wanted it to be or closed off and private if I didn’t. The staff was sensational and responsive to any requests I had.
Décor was really nice and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
