Lovely property, clean and comfortable. Great location for our trip
The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The location is easy for all different types of transportation to explore the city of Sydney. It is also easy to find restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The climate control system in the room really help me to relax and sleep very well.
I traveled the world for 1 year, this place has the best customer service I’ve seen. It’s not fake, they genuinely want you to have the best stay possible.
It was not worth the money. Very nice in design, but extremely noisy. We were not able to sleep at all. Extremely disappointing booking for my last evening in Sydney.

Excellent location. Quiet at night. Beautiful boutique style rooms. Loved the rain shower. Friendly staff. They allowed an early check in after a long flight from London. Amazing hospitality!
The rooms were well decorated with comfortable beds! Also had ice cream and ice blocks available in the court yard, staff were lovely!
