Bellissima struttura, ma necessario migliorare il servizio.
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, a due passi dal mare e in una zona molto tranquilla rispetto a quelle più caotiche del Nord, perfetta per dei giorni di assoluto riposo e per fare delle lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia. Le camere e il bagno sono molto spaziosi e ordinate e la piscina è veramente una chicca che rimanendo illuminata anche di sera rende l’ambiente molto suggestivo.
Carina l’idea della serata Swahili che è molto tipica nel cibo, noi abbiamo provato la versione del mercoledì a base di carne ed è risultata molto buona.
Ottimo lavoro da parte del manager, del ragazzo addetto alla piscina che la rende ogni mattina perfetta e dello chef che cucina molto bene i piatti proposti dal menù.

Cons:

I servizi ordinari offerti devono migliorare perché questo hotel ha un grande potenziale inespresso, ma anche un prezzo sopra la media che dovrebbe garantire un’attenzione maggiore.
Il manager è una persona super attenta e interessata al benessere degli ospiti, ci ha sempre aiutato e chiesto come stavamo nei giorni in cui lo abbiamo incrociato.
Non essendo sempre presente, però la gestione ordinaria della struttura è affidata ad alcune ragazze che non sembrano avere particolare voglia e attenzione verso il cliente. La camera non sempre ci veniva chiesto se volevamo che venisse sistemata. Abbiamo avuto spesso l’impressione che mangiare al ristorante fosse un ‘peso’, soprattutto a pranzo, e le ragazze stavano spesso a guardare la televisione presente nella sala da pranzo anche durante il servizio.
La colazione non è particolarmente ricca e dovrebbe essere trovata una soluzione per le troppe api che ronzano sul cibo e anche li vi è una certa disattenzione spesso dimenticando parte di ciò che dovesse essere servito, come per due volte è capitato col frullato di frutta.
Quando abbiamo organizzato un’escursione ci siamo alzati apposta alle ore 7 per poter far colazione visto che il nostro transfer sarebbe partito alle 8. Abbiamo atteso fino alle 7:40 prima che ci venisse chiesto cosa volessimo, e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto rinunciare per mancanza di tempo. L’ultimo giorno, avendo prenotato un transfer per l’aeroporto mi sono voluto sincerare che fosse confermato e una delle ragazze mi ha risposto ‘boh’ che è tutto fuorché una risposta professionale, poi con una telefonata al manager la questione si è risolta prontamente.
È un grande peccato, alcune persone dello staff devono cambiare atteggiamento per garantire alla struttura la crescita che merita.

Pleasant stay but lacking a few essentials
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food on offer was tasty. The generator kicks in immediately when there is a power outage. The villa is a minute's walk to the beach. There is a masjid close by. You can catch a boat to Mnemba Island and the adjacent snorkeling area from the beach outside the villa. The beach outside the villa is quiet and less touristy. The villa, pool area and rooms match the pictures.

Cons:

At this price point, there was a lack of many amenities such as a safe, kettle, hair dryer and TV in the room. The bathroom showerhead was broken. The geyser has sufficient hot water for one shower only and then needs to warm up for the next person. The mattress was very thin and lacked a duvet. Breakfast options were limited and we were only allowed to order one item from the menu. For dinner, drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. There was no seating area and umbrellas on the beach. We could only swim in the ocean during high tide as there was a tremendous amount of sea urchins in the water outside the villa.

Bel endroit, super hôtel à quelques pas de la plage.
Une excellente expérience ! L’accueil était chaleureux, le service restaurant impeccable et les plats vraiment délicieux. Les produits sont de qualité et tout était parfaitement préparé. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir 👌

Cet hôtel est un trésor à Zanzibar

Cet hôtel est un véritable trésor, j’aimerai particulièrement remercier tout le personnel car c’est grâce à eux que nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles !
La nourriture était excellente, les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, la piscine très agréable et la mer est à 1min à pieds, c’est vraiment le rêve pour des vacances à zanzibar
Le personnel était toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et nous aider dans notre voyage ce qui est très appréciable 😊

Cons:

Il n’y a rien à améliorer selon moi, grâce à Sunny Villa Matemwe nous avons passé des vacances de rêve merci beaucoup !

un havre de paix
Pros:

En saison creuse, nous étions les seuls à occuper l'hôtel, notre séjour fut parfait avec la piscine rien que pour nous. Chaque chambre a un grand espace terrasse avec un jardin d'été, vue sur la piscine. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre, la salle d'eau est grande. il y a également un espace salon à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Unorganisierter Check-in (wir waren erst im falschem Zimmer und durften alles wieder Umpacken), Ausstattung des Zimmers teilweise defekt und nur teilweise repariert (wir hatten 7 Tage Toilettenwasser im Bad stehen- es wurde nur fix drüber geputzt), jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück

Beautiful property right by the beach
Pros:

Had an excellent stay at Sunny Villa Matemwe! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. We ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much. Lovely swimming pool, only a short walk (less than 1 min) to the beach, the food was great and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!

Le personnel très sympathique, la localisation a proximité de la plage, la piscine est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bon.
La formule demi-pension vaut vraiment la peine!

Cons:

Tout paiement par carte est majoré excessivement de 5%
Une bouilloire électrique pourrait être installée dans les chambres avec du café et thé.

Pros:

Værelset var elegant og simpelt indrettet med en stor flot seng dybest i rummet. Det havde et stemningsfuld, dæmpet belysning, højt til loftet og en god akustik. Stille og rolig god stil. Store skydedøre åbnede op til det fælles poolområde, som lå som en gryde mellem værelsesbygningen og restaurationsbygningen modsat, hvilket funktionelt og rumligt fungerede virkelig godt. Jeg er arkitekt, og helt ærligt satte jeg virkelig pris på stedets rumlighed og atmosfære
