Magique Bleu Suites

I received an upgrade from a room with shared pool but technically it was a downgrade because the bed was not double but two single bed joined and even if the room had a private pool this is on the north side and very cold all day plus the south side of the room was near the sewage and the smell was very bad if leaving the windows open. The food was very good all over with different cuisines every evening however I would say pass to the Chinese night, the food was tasteless different from how a Chinese meal would taste. Also, there was one of the table runners called George very rude during one night.

Не понравилось соотношение цена-качество! Отель не тянет не по одному из параметров на 5 звёзд. В номере практически не убирали, уборка занимала 3 минуты, полотенца и постельное за неделю ни разу не поменяли, их просто складывали! Полотенца для бассейна давали под залог 20€ и поменять на чистые можно было только раз в неделю, а загрязнялись они естественно каждый день . Сток в душе работал очень плохо и вся вода во время душа вытекала по всей ванной в комнату… Снэк бар это одно название, по факту в меню из имеющихся 6-8 позиций с наличии было только 2: тосты (хлеб, докторская колбаса и сыр ) и хот-дог , не было даже чая… Сама территория пустовала, не облагорожена, персонал на рецепшене никакой, раз через раз здоровались, когда мы выезжали нам даже до свидание никто не сказал , официанты в ресторане были вежливы и хорошо выполняли свою работу! Из минусов так же что в ресторане не было никаких соков, в автомате была только вода с сиропом которую было пить невозможно и разливали воду
У официанта можно было попросить, фанту, пепси и просеко как нам сказали. Если бы эта была гостиница 3 звезды, вопросов бы не было, а так кроме еды больше плюсов я не нашла

Nichts

Unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 5-star property. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, the overall experience, facilities and surroundings simply did not match the advertised standard.

The first and most obvious issue was the amount of construction taking place throughout the property. Large parts of the hotel felt more like a construction site than a luxury resort, with multiple works taking place in different areas. The surrounding environment was equally disappointing: landscaping was extremely poor, gardens were practically non-existent, there were numerous dead or neglected plants, and very limited space between the accommodation areas. Overall, it lacked the attractive, well-maintained surroundings you would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel.

Breakfast was particularly disappointing, both in terms of quality and selection, and was well below average for a hotel in this category. The breakfast area itself was cramped and could become extremely hot, as the air conditioning was not always working properly. Instead of proper windows in parts of the area, there were plastic covers, which only reinforced the feeling that the property was unfinished.

We also had a very unpleasant experience with housekeeping. One of my daughters left a pair of branded pyjamas on her bed, which disappeared during the first room cleaning. We repeatedly asked about them over the following four days and were told they could not be found. On the final day, however, we were told that the pyjamas had actually been found on the second day and had supposedly been left in a room — but nobody could remember which room. This explanation was both confusing and unacceptable, and the pyjamas were never returned to us.

There were also several issues with the rooms themselves. The bathrooms were poorly designed, with water splashing across the floor during normal use.

Ενα σεφ που ήταν αγενής με όλους (αρέν απο άλλη χώρα )

Η διαρρύθμιση του ξενοδοχείου που έκρυβε την θέα ενω στο booking ελεγε δωμάτιο με θεα. Επιπλέον, την τηλεόραση την σύνδεσαν την 4η μερα της διαμονής μας μετα απο αρκετές παρακλήσεις.
Και το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας ειχε θεμα.
Γενικα πολυ μετριότητα.

Με λιγα λογια το ξενοδοχειο δεν ανταποκρινεται στην κατηγορια του καινουργιου και 5αστερου οπως το παρουσιαζουν.

It’s ok for a *** hotel, but lacks everything you‘d need for the ***** it is being advertised as.
Staffing is the biggest problem in F&B, maybe overworked but certainly unwilling and therefore unfriendly. Cleanliness is a big issue.
Everything is small - from the bistro terrace to the buffet, guests are constantly in each others way.
Quality ranges from moderate to really bad - eg coffee machines with milk powder and if you need an alternative you’re given a pack of soy milk. All acceptable in 3* hotels but not for 5*.

Many things appear to be a tick in the box - there must be a buffet, a bar, a gym, a playground,… but nothing is up to standard. If you want a drink not included in ‚all inclusive‘ (…) then you need to walk to reception, pay in cash and back to the bar.

Pool hygiene is a problem which leads to a constant oily surface on the water and a green, greasy film on the pool walls. Swimming trunks, bikinis, uv-shirts… all turn yellow and have green stains.

All in all, not a place I would recommend despite a super friendly and cheerful host.
