En defintiva las camas estan EXQUISITAS, descanse y dormi perfectamente.
La puerta del baño de vidrio es inapropiada a mi gusto. Cuando me estaba bañando salia agua fria y de repente MUY CALIENTE, por lo que me quemaba o me congelaba. la luz del lavamanos completamente tenue, no funcional, la silla para trabajar, estaba inclinada hacia adelante, imposible sentarse y para acabarla, el tubo que viene de las llantas ya estaba en el asiento y por ultimo y considero no responsabilidad del hotel, el megacable se la paso congelandose todo el tiempo, por lo que no podias ver la television.

Big issue with this property as I am disabled and traveling with my service dog.
Front of house do not know the law and asked me to show them a certificate which doesn't exist.
I basically had to fight with the FOH person as a disabled person who had been traveling all day and was exhausted. Very poor.
In addition to this why do you have a business hotel with no coffee machine? There was only very poor quality drip coffee.
Mexico's federal disability law protects the right of people with disabilities to be accompanied by a service dog in places open to the public. These protections are established under the Ley General para la Inclusión de las Personas con Discapacidad (General Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities), particularly Articles 2, 16 and 19, which recognize assistance animals as accessibility supports and require equal access and non-discrimination for people with disabilities. There is no federal requirement for a government-issued service dog ID card or registration document in Mexico; businesses should assess the dog's behavior and function rather than demand official certification.

The room was comfortable, with all the essential amenities for our stay. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and stores around the area. The breakfast options they provide are very good.
We did not have the best experience with the personnel at the front desk, and on the first day, the bathroom floor was barely clean.
El cuarto tenia casi al centro un gran pilar, que en la oscuridad de la noche era peligroso para ir al baño

Habitación inicial con una columna en espacio central no muy funcional pero me cambiaron de habitación sin problemas
La limpieza e iluminación
En general bien,todo el personal muy amable, en el restaurante el chico que nos atendió lo hizo de manera excelente.
No me gustó que hubo un día que no limpiaron mi habitación y eso implicó que no tendieron las camas y no nos cambiaron las toallas y no sacaron la basura.
