Pros:

The location I love , beds was very comfortable and the ac worked perfectly.

Cons:

Water stains on the ceiling and in the tub . Coffee machine but no coffee, breakfast wasn't nutritious

The guy in the front desk was very helpful. The room I got was super stinky. I couldn't stand the odor. Not sure if someone died in there or what. The odor smell in that room was horrible. so, I went and asked the guy if there was a different room. He checked and got me a different room which was still smelling smoke but not as terrible as the first one I got. If it wasn't for this my rating would have been 3/10. But I have it a 5.

Cons:

The rooms were really smelly and stinky of cigarette smoke odors. Everything looks old, carpet, bed sheets, blankets, walls, windows.

Had a room for sleeping.
Pros:

Nice clean sheets and soft mattress

Cons:

Dirty area
Stepped in something soft that was invisible in brown carpet!!
Toilet was nearly 2 inches off mark and a tight fit against the wall!
Trash was not picked up indoors or outside at all
So everyone made it look like a dump!

Everything. Beds and bathroom were dirty. This hotel should be talen out of the websote. Also on google maps they have two names under one building.

Location was good

Cons:

Room was dirty, there was a dirty sock behind one of the beds, bathroom floor sticky, paint peeling off, baseboard things coming off. Hair on floor, Tolit bowl and shower stained. Beds not very clean, elevator was dirty and the tiles on the roof of it was missing or broke. People living there didn't seem to treat it nice. Not a very welcoming environment. Didn't eat breakfast all i seen was bread and cereal

Cons:

Están súper sucio, homeless durmiendo en la entrada y en el parking en sus carros, no había luz en el parqueadero, música en las habitaciones y extremadamente sucia la habitación con las sábanas quemadas manchadas ni hablar del baño y todo, nevera ni funciona olía mal y llena de sucio.
