The room first that he gave us after waiting an hour to get in a room had stuff in it that a worker was working on the floors at 12:00 at night so that was a red flag no ice no the place was disgusting I had to clean the bathroom just to use it the sheets were completely dirty the lights switches don't work the vents were so dirty I had to clean them the showers are saying the floor is rotting I want a full refund this is absolutely disgusting.

Rooms are beyond nasty. Last booking I did there toilet was stopped up and nats were flying. Holes in walls and more stuff. This hotel is literally for those quick nut type situations

The room was disgisting. It smelled like men’s cologne. Like someone just just left out. The bedding was filthy the pill

Everything. The location is terrible. The low life’s hanging out in front of it and inside of it being the value down alone. Not to mention the place is filthy and uninvested in. I also disliked the fact that the person checking me in mentioned my room number aloud multiple times. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Wonderful staff, comfortable stay, great value, great location

The staff were super nice and helpful, went out of their way to help me.

Cons:

Previous guests were hard on the place so some improvements could be made there. But that is not as important to me as it is to some others.

Prices were lower than most hotels around here, staff were ok

It’s poor maintenance, very ran down on the outside, smells like marijuana throughout the whole hotel, rooms are ok to sleep but restroom was not taken care of. Restroom door didn’t have door knob,

Bed looked slept in with dirty sheets. The shower and toilet wasn't clean. Bathroom had plenty hair and trash throughout the room. In the room had a cigarette smell

I didn't stay don't call and ask me no stupid stuff like that no more I walked into the building too

Everything about that place was horrible and I wasn't even in that building 15 minutes and yet I was still charged and you guys did nothing I prefer not to have business with you guys anymore

Cons:

One when I called your AI said we are not responsible for pictures of the property the property doesn't look nothing like those pictures and it was a very insulting tone

Felt extremely unsafe. VERY Dirty. Carpeting was filthy, stained and needed vacuuming. Wouldn't even use the shower. Shower curtain was dirty, tub looked dirty and unsafe to stand in without sandals. Mirrors weren't clean. Sink faucet moved. Sides of the mattress or box spring was shredded. TV didn't work....DISGUSTING!!

Will never go back there again.

Cons:

This is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve stayed at. Every floor has a horrible smell. The room I got had puke All over the refrigerator and inside the refrigerator smelt absolutely horrible.
