Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it, especially to international travelers or anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and honesty.

I booked a private room, but when I arrived, the manager took me to a shared room with another guest. This was completely different from what I had paid for. The room had no air conditioning, no hot water, and there wasn’t even a key to lock the room, so I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings there.

To make matters worse, I had accidentally made an earlier reservation for two people. I canceled it immediately and made a new reservation for one person. Booking.com contacted the hotel, and the manager agreed to refund the canceled reservation. Unfortunately, I never received the refund, despite the agreement.

Overall, I felt that I was treated unfairly. The service was unprofessional, the accommodation did not match the booking, and the promises regarding the refund were not honored.

There are many better places to stay in Marrakech where guests are treated with respect and receive the accommodation they actually book. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Arrivé à 23h, je souhaitais simplement me reposer quelques heures avant de rejoindre l’aéroport. Malheureusement, des jeunes en état d’ivresse criaient et riaient très bruyamment dans les parties communes, sans qu’aucune intervention du personnel ne soit venue régler la situation. Passé minuit, le bruit persistait toujours.
