Problems with the facilities, wash basin leaking water and infestation of ants under jacuzzi

The location is fantastic. The girls in the reception and kitchen are very kind and helpful. The size and design of bedroom and bathroom were very pleasant.

Cons:

1) My father was foreigner and they did not apply tax exemption. When I asked they said that they don’t know what I’m talking
2) We book extra service including jacuzzi in the bedroom, but when we turned it on many ants came under the jacuzzi and walked along jacuzzi and room and fell into the water. The solution was to spray but for the rest of the stay was not possible to use because they came any time we poured the water. In the check out I did not get reimbursed the extra price of booking a room with jacuzzi.

Great place at a great price
Pros:

The facilities were just like the pictures. It was lovely.

Cons:

The internet had problems and there were a couple of things that needed improvement like small details in the bathroom and another table in the room, but overall nothing to worry too much about.

Ideal para descansar y desconectarse.
Pros:

Un pequeño y muy confortable hotel. Moderno, bien atendido e ideal para estar en familia, sin ruido y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Como decían las sugerencias, es mejor ir en carro propio. Está a 15 minutos de la plaza principal de Villa de Leyva. Solo una sugerencia: variar opciones de desayuno (es tipo americano, bueno), que tal arepa boyacense de la región además de la opción del pan.

Pros:

Habitación espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Ubicación e instalaciones lindas.

Cons:

Retienen el documento de identidad, le sacan copia (no se para que), y guardan la información y documentos de identidad de todos los huéspedes.

Mi habitación olía a aguas negras.

Pretenden que las cosas que se usan queden igual a las nuevas, hacen revisiones de las toallas en caso de que haya quedado maquillaje o algo importante y lo cobran. (Así no tenga daño)

Escogimos la suite,a pesar del pago y el no poder utilizar el jacuzzi sino por una hora no nos gustó el gesto por qué por ningún lado lo indicaron. Al final vimos que se presentaron molestias con otros huéspedes por cosas muy mínimas y querían hacer un cobro excesivo
