Pros:

Spectacular views, very comfortable and clean, lots of space for our family of 4. Breakfast was beautiful with freshly baked cakes and tarts made by staff using their local ingredients. Location is superb, the bus stop is a very short walk in front. If you are driving just be cautious, the roads are very tight and you need to be a confident driver. However should you drive, the parking on-site is excellent! I highly recommend you staying here, we cant wait to go back!

Wspaniały pobyt. Czysto, pachnąco i przywitał nas przyjemnie schłodzony klimą. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba - od kosmetyków przez pachnące grube ręczniki, kapsułki na kawę, po tabletki do pralki i zmywarki a nawet przyprawy i oliwa. Najlepszy był przecudowny widok z okna na jezioro i góry. Zdecydowanie lepsze niż na zdjęciach. I potwierdzam znakomitość śniadań - przepyszne! Świetna jakość produktów, domowe, ciepłe. Pyszna kawa z ekspresu i domowe ciasto - codziennie inne. Rewelacyjny pobyt, chętnie tam wrócę!

Pros:

Fin sjöutsikt från lägenhetens balkong, fin gemensam terrass för frukost med utsikt över sjön. Bra frukost med bland annat mycket färsk frukt och bär, yoghurt, müsli, pannkakor, ägg, bröd, marmelad, ost croissanter, kakor, kaffe, juice.
Boendet har privat avgiftsfri parkering.
Vänlig, hjälpsam och generös personal, flera pratar även lite engelska vilket underlättade för oss som tyvärr inte talar det vackra italienska språket.

Cons:

Vi hade verkligen uppskattat några väggkrokar i lägenhetens sovrum och badrum för att hänga upp kläder och handdukar. En kanske enkel åtgärd som hade underlättat mycket för mig som gäst.
Lägenheten hade känts trevligare och mått bra av lite mer genomtänkt stil på tavlor och lampor.
Du behöver nästan ha tillgång till bil om det är sommar, varmt och stekande sol och du vill in till Bellagio centrum. Det är tyvärr inte gångvägar hela vägen in till Bellagio, du får delvis promenera på en smal och slingrig väg med hetsig trafik.

A casa tem dois quartos amplos, com sala, cozinha e banheiro. Tem ar condicionado por toda a casa. Tem estacionamento privado. Fica num local bem bonito e tranquilo. A Sra proprietária é bem gentil, prestativa e altamente preocupada com os detalhes.

The balcony view is the best reason to stay here; don't miss it!
Pros:

Our family of four visited Bellagio on June 5th, 2026, and stayed in this house with a fantastic view. The balcony overlooked the entire Lake Como, and we had a wonderful two days. The facilities and services were excellent, and parking was very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, and we enjoyed the starry sky and night view. The breakfast was also very generous. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Lake Como. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Lake Como again.
