I was down quickly to celebrate my granddaughters 21st birthday.
Pros:

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Will absolutely use again
Clean and tidy
Well organised
Only 30 minutes walk from the town centre
Ideal for quick breaks

Pros:

Owner carried my bag upstairs for me. Downstairs facilities looked quite good. Well equipped kitchen and lounge.

Cons:

Location is poor, an ordinary semi house in the middle of a housing estate. No signage and no local people seemed to know of it. No storage in my small single room. No off road parking.

Pros:

Ritchie is a top class gentleman. Very helpful and considerate. Checks in with you to ensure you are ok and the rooms are nice and comfortable.
