The hotel itself was really good, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The deposit procedure lacks transparency. They don’t automatically send you the final bill after check-out—you have to ask for it. I also strongly recommend checking the bill carefully. This was my second stay here, and for the second time I found extra charges for items I never used.
The billing process should be clear and transparent immediately after check-out, not after you’ve already left the hotel and returned to your home country, where resolving these issues becomes much more difficult. I hope the hotel improves this process, as it would make the overall guest experience much better.

For a 5 star hotel I just expected more, it was average, rooms were small, no point getting a twin room because the beds don’t have enough room to be apart, no Dyson or decent hair driers in the bathrooms, no where to properly get ready, ants in the room
