観光地へのアクセス抜群、子連れたびにもオススメなホテルです。
Pros:

とにかく、いろんな観光地へのアクセスがいいところです。祇園祭の後祭り観光を目的として利用しましたが、山鉾町巡り、巡行の観覧もホテルを出てすぐに楽しめる点に大満足でした。
烏丸御池駅が目と鼻の先なので、地下鉄を利用して各地への観光は、小さな子連れには本当に助かりました。
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も24時間ラウンジサービスが利用できる点もとても助かりました。
利用したお部屋の、バストイレがセパレートされいている点も、子連れ旅には助かるポイントでした。

こちらのホテルの利用で、子ども連れの旅行を快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

子どもの添い寝のため、予めご連絡し、ツインルームのベッドをくっつけて頂き、さらにホテルのご配慮で子どもが落ちないようにシーツをまとめて掛けてくださったのはとても有り難かったのですが、ベッドの下がホコリまみれだった点は少し残念でした。
子どもが物をベッド下に落とした際に、ベッド下から拾ったら服がホコリまみれになってしまいました。
ベッドの奥まで、とは言いませんが、せめて少し屈めば目につく場所くらいは掃除機を掛けていただけると、より気持ち良く利用できるかと思いました。
本当にそれ以外は何も問題なく、快適に過ごしました！

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant. Espace de convivialité parfait avec babyfoot, café à disposition en permanence et viennoiseries. J'ai fait transférer notre grosse valise à notre destination suivante, et ils m'ont complètement accompagnée pour remplir le questionnaire. Service au top.

Mükemmel bir otel
Pros:

Gerçekten mükemmel bir oteldi. Her şey olağanüstü bir şekilde temizdi. Tek bir olumsuz yanını göremedik. Lobide oturup vakit geçirmek de gerçekten keyifliydi. Çalışanları ise hep güler yüzlü ve nazikti.

Tesis gerçekten harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı ve metro otelin dibindeydi. Her yere o kadar kolay ulaştık ki. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Harika zaman geçirdik.

Amazing place would stay again
Pros:

Service was amazing. Beautiful waiting area with accompanying snacks and drinks. Boardgames and records to pass time while waiting for room. The rooms was clean and well maintained

Cons:

The twin room was too small to have both adults big suitcases open at once. Not a major deal

Exceptional stay with great attention to detail
Pros:

Absolutely amazing property in a great location, around the corner from the metro and walking distance to other local spots.
The attention to detail, especially the lobby experience with coffee bar and bread station was definitely a pleasant surprise.

Perfect cosy hotel to explore Kyoto
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to Nishiki market area and close to a metro station with connection to Kyoto station, but not directly in the busy tourist area. Convenience store just a steps away. We enjoyed the hotel's lounge where one can enjoy coffee and snacks 24/7. It was not a full breakfast and sometimes other tourists had eaten all croissants, but it was perfect to be able to have a coffee and a bite at the hotel before heading to the sights. Laundry available. Rooms were cosy and well functioning, the walk in shower was super nice and it was practical to have a separate toilet. Very good beds and A/C functioned well.

Cons:

There was only one washing machine available to do the laundry and no specific booking system, so had to queue to use it. At first we were scared by a construction site opposite the hotel, but we left early each morning and arrived at night so it didn't disturb us, but good to note if you intend to sleep later. Standard rooms didn't have very much space for larger luggage but by Japanese standards the room was still big.
