Pros:

I liked the complimentary food, drinks and toiletries. The lobby area was very cute where you could colour in your bottles for free! They also had the World Cup playing so we were able to watch the matches. The staff were extremely friendly

Amazing experience and recommend it!!
Pros:

The wonderful bread station and coffee! It was so delicious! The room was very clean and an amazing shower.

It was a wonderful stay. Very good value for the money.
Pros:

Very cozy, the room is quite spacious, and very clean.
It has a very welcoming lobby, and they serve snacks, tea, and juice for free.

Cons:

There's a construction site across from the hotel; they're building something. It's not very noisy, though—we usually got back to our room in the evening, and by then the work had stopped.

Great Value for money, highly recommend it
Pros:

Convenient location, very attentive staff, free pastries And juice available at all times, communal washing machine and dryer at very affordable prices, room was nice and clean, pijamas provided were very comfy also. Room had a very nice shower. Great value for money and highly recommend it.

Great location.
Pros:

We went with one of the bigger rooms and it was a really nice break from the small business hotel rooms we had been using. Like all the business hotels we used, everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location is great and right off a couple train lines. A short walk from the castle and other popular destinations. There's a little dog Cafe around the corner too.

Cons:

Only one washing machine available, but there was a Laundromat across the main street, so not much of an issue.

A must stay in Kyoto
Pros:

The best staff! The free bike rentals were the highlight. The common area was always alive with people. Fun time watching the world cup games with people from around the world.

Pros:

立地、価格、設備は申し分ないです。

Cons:

ここ数年前はこちらのホテル一択でしたが、今回初めて目に見えた汚れがたくさん見受けられました。清掃が行き届いてないようで残念です。次回は違うホテルも検討します。

Cons:

Contrariamente a molte strutture giapponesi dove è impossibile girarsi in camera o addirittura permettersi due valigie, la Camera era ampia e confortevole, silenziosa e finalmente un bagno serio e non una micro doccia

Pros:

The lobby area was fantastic felt so homey and they had so many amenities. The beer, wine and whiskey on tap is a nice feature it’s a small charge. Coffee, tea and baked items are available at all times and so clutch. They have a tv playing things it was nice. The staff omg can’t say enough such hard workers and so helpful.

Cons:

Terrible laundry machine only works for like a few items also it’s only 1 so it’s constantly in use. I would plan on using the one a few blocks down.
