Apartamento sin mantenimiento, utensilios de cocina sucios, cristales sucios, gotera sin reparar. Check in complicado sin mucha ayuda por parte del anfitrión.

تجربة سيئة جداً، كدت ان امضي تلك الليلة في الشارع

تحدث مع المضيف لتسجيل الدخول واخبرني بان الضيف السابق لم يخرج بعد ، وبعد ساعات تواصل معي بانه سيبحث لي مكان اخر ، قمت بعد ذلك باخذ جولة حتى الليل وعندنا عدت للسكن تواصلت مع المضيف واخبرني بانه تم تاجير الوحده بسبب تاخري!!! رغم انني حجزت اكثر من ليلة وهذا ازعجني انا وعائلتي واضطررت للبحث حتى اخر الليل لاجد مأوى وكانت الاسعار مرتفعه جدا واضطررت للحجز


للاسف لم يكن تعامل احترافي ولم اتلقى اي دعم من المضيف او من ادارة البوكينق حيال هذا الموضوع

Хубав апартамент, но с лошо хигиена
Pros:

Апартамента като цяло е в добро състояние, на доста комуникативна локация (близо до метро, трамвай, главни улици и магазини)

Cons:

Супер лоша хигиена, мръсна посуда, диваните са за пране, страшно мръсни и на петна, матрака на горният етаж миришеше зле и нямаше достатъчно възглавници и завивки за 7 човека. Wi-Fi може да се каже, че няма за целият ни престой работеше около 10мин, през останалото време се свързваш и няма интернет.

Bel appartement, bien placé, calme.
Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir laisser l appart jusqu'au départ de notre avion

Cons:

Fuite d eau lavabo.Pas de wifi. Frigo en panne.Belle terrasse mais non entretenue. Serrure porte fenêtre dans une chambre cassé.

Great value for money, modern and friendly host. Definitely recommend it for a city break!
Pros:

I liked that it was so close to the Tophane tram station and it was easy to get to different tourist attractions from there.

Cons:

From my point of view, the cleaning could definitely be improved, other than that I have no other negative things to say. The host was amazing and friendly, helped me out and answered almost instantly to different queries that I had.

Просторная,комфортная,чистая квартира,есть все необходимое,все в пешей доступности,есть магазин который находится на 1 этаже,что очень удобно

В целом все хорошо,но были перебои с интернетом,что причинило некоторые неудобства!

Very disappointing. The furniture was old and partly broken, and the apartment's overall condition showed clear signs of poor maintenance and cheap repairs. The bathrooms were also in bad shape — mould on the walls and a leaking shower. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any real help. This place is absolutely not worth staying again.

Très mauvaise expérience
Cons:

La porte d’entrée au bâtiment ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour réussir à rentrer. Nous avons louer un appartement et le propriétaire nous a mis à disposition un autre. Finalement booking a annulé notre réservation et nous avons pu loger ailleurs. Le propriétaire n’est pas très honnête !!!
