Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, es muy céntrica. El personal también fue muy amable todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas y se nota que le faltan remodelaciones a las habitaciones.

Cons:

Por las noches se escucha música de los bares alrededor. El desayuno es de baja calidad. Me hubiese gustado que me ofrezcan agua al menos ya que no había recarga de café u otra bebida.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och de hjälpte us med bagaget upp och ner trappan.

Gostei bastante na acomodação, os atendentes muito educados e simpáticos . E tinha água quente no chuveiro.

Had a great two night stay. Location fantastic!

Good, but if you choose the room with balcony confirm if the construction continues
Pros:

The hotel facilities are very good, the staff are attentive and the location is perfect! Close to everything you have to know in the historic part and Porto. The room we initially reserved was very large and with a balcony.

Cons:

On our second night we couldn't sleep because people started a construction in the front house that lasted until 5 am. With that, we asked at the reception to call the police, due to the silence time but the police did nothing. So, in order to get to sleep, we had to migrate to a room lower than what we reserved, at the back of the hotel, with mini windows, but that served us perfectly.
