Très déçue du rapport qualité prix. Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa, il y a un chat très amical par la même occasion. L’emplacement est bon, proche d’une station de métro/tram, du marché Albert cuiyp et du rijksmuseum

Cons:

La propreté est totalement à revoir, il y avait de la poussière absolument partout. Les sols et la moquette n’ont pas été nettoyés. Le lit et la salle de bain sont passable. Cependant c’est un sauna dû à la chaleur, j’avais un ventilateur bancal mais fonctionnel. Et impossible d’ouvrir la grande fenêtre sans mettre de saleté dans le lit et d’accueillir toutes sorte d’insectes. ( j’ai eu droit à des collemboles, des « puces » dû à l’humidité et les plantes) Même après avoir demandé à ce qu’on me change les draps il y en avait ENCORE.
Pour un prix pareil c’est scandaleux d’avoir une chambre si peu entretenue. De plus la télé ne donne aucun signal. La bagagerie nest absolument pas sécurisée, je n’ai pas eu de soucis personnellement mais la porte étant ouverte au grand public n’importe quoi pourrait arriver.

I can't recommend that hotel/hostel. With little money you could improve a lot fast. Not well kept

The location was very good

Cons:

Very old and dirty carpet. In the shower one door element was missing. Very small room. Dirty main entrance, entrance door was sticky, never cleaned in a 1000 years. Entry hall not well looked after, some rubbish, building material standing around. Lift had malfunctions. Toilet seat came off. The owner does not give a f***k about the condition of the property. With little money they could do a lot. A new carpet would have meant worlds, the one in the room 304 was disgusting.

Es un hotel para ahorrar con buena ubicación no esperes mucho
Pros:

Este hotel no es el mejor evidentemente pero cumple la función, si solo estás de paso 1 máximo 2 noches está bien, las habitaciones no están muy limpias, el baño tampoco, el ascensor es extremadamente pequeño apenas cabe 1 persona con 1 maleta, en la recepción fueron amables, al frente está la estación de metro, a unos pasos un gigante y hermoso museo, 2-3 cuadras más allá la parada del tren, por el precio y la ubicación está bien, aunque si buscas con más tiempo puedes encontrar algo mejor

The location is great with many things walkable from the hotel.

Cons:

The room is very tiny, I had been there before. But not only the price is outrageous for this level of comfort, this time the water in the shower was not warm. Not completely cold but not warm enough. Very uncomfortable. I can do with a small room and I knew what to expect on this part, but for 150 euros A NIGHT, warm water in the shower should be obvious.
