l'accueil du personnel incompétent et l'odeur dans la chambre du moisie! le personne me répond que c'est un spray! on a dû tout laisser d'ouvert et dès qu'on fermait, c'était pénible.

Everything , when my parents arrived there no one inside and the property was pad locked. And my over 60 years old parents had to turn around and leave.
