Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna Pani w recepcji.
Close to what we needed .
The room was very small even though I'd paid for an upgrade and on arrival was told the manager again had upgraded us .
The room was clean however there was no mirror in the main room.
Was given a fan but all it did was blow hot air into a very small space. The window opener was broken and had sharp edges, very stiff to open.
There was a very small tv on the wall and the bed was so close to the slatted roof ,so we were unable to walk around the bed.
I paid £118.00 for 1 nights stay.
On arrival we weren't greeted in a nice manner but rather rude .
We found that the night time staff was very helpful .
We had to sort our water etc in the main reception as there was nothing in the room to accommodate a hot day/night.
The shower and toilet area was also in our room ,pod like thing. Very small. Only 1 person at a time to enter.
No air-conditioning did not help either as my partner is menopausal and is pron to hot sweats .
This really seemed as though it was a room for a single man ,not a couple .
Would we stay again.
No I'm afraid..
We have stayed in another building on the site before for a lot less money and had so much more space and more helpful staff
Really comfortable
Clean
Good value for the money
Definitely booking again
No air conditioning in the rooms
But it is the UK so it doesn't need it all the time.
Beautifully decorated, so clean, comfortable and great staff.
Shower was a tad on the small size. My husband struggled.
Needed a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom, as it made getting ready for our event a bit difficult.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended the white hart pub for food which was so good too
We liked everything
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything i needed. Great location!
Could maybe have done with a mirror on the dressing table
Location perfect as shooting on the Bisley ranges.
Staff friendly and helpful. Single room available for a single person! Even a handy USB charging point that was easy to reach.

What a beautiful place to stay, and Lindsey at reception was super helpful and friendly. It was really convenient for my daughter's passing out in Pirbright. The shower was small, but it was amazing, had the best pressure. I just wish we'd booked for longer to enjoy the area more.
The shower was tiny, but the water pressure totally made up for it.
Better service than I've had at most 5 star establishments. Velma went above and beyond to make changes to my booking (even sitting on the phone with Booking.com for a ridiculous period of time...).
Booking.com were totally unhelpful when I requested to upgrade my room - despite the Pavilion saying that they were happy to accommodate this request. I only have the fantastic customer service at the Pavilion to thank for my stay.
I don't recommend booking through Booking.com. Turns out the prices were cheaper directly with the Pavilion, too.
Re the room, the Crawford lodge studio cottage is adorable and has everything you'd need. Fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be a return guest !
Dealing with Booking.com and them not being willing to accommodate changes - despite the hotel themselves being willing to make the change.
nice position
small room, wi-fi very low
Location
Room 19 main door had a window with no privacy, the beds were old and uncomfortable, can hear a lot of noise from down stairs.
Card machine was not working Pay £10 cash for 2 beers, no change given
breakfast 48 hours to book.
Warm and easy to fine and clean good price
Nothing
Our bathroom wasnt clean and the main bed was broken so I slept at an angle all night, also our room had the fire exit door in it which am sure not actually legal.
Really convenient for my daughter’s competition at the Lord Roberts Centre.
Designated parking space.
Proper powerful shower- perfect.
Lots of potholes on the site- not a reflection on the Pavilion - just an observation.
