Välkomnande hotell med fint poolområde.
Pros:

Poolområdet, personalen och de fräsha rummen var toppen. Vi var två tonårsfamiljer som hade två angränsande rum var. Det funkade perfekt. Bra, gratis parkering i garage. Jättebra frukost.

Cons:

Hotellet låg i ett företagsområde.

Drôle de façon de traiter les clients

Très mauvaise expérience.

J'avais réservé et payé une chambre pour deux personnes avec petits-déjeuners inclus du 13 au 17 juillet. À notre arrivée, la réception nous a confirmé cette réservation. Pourtant, dès le premier matin, l'accès au petit-déjeuner nous a été refusé.

Après avoir présenté notre confirmation de réservation, la responsable de l'hôtel a refusé de la prendre en compte et nous a répondu qu'elle se moquait de ce qui était indiqué sur ma réservation, en affirmant que Booking.com avait réservé sans petit-déjeuner. Son attitude a été particulièrement désagréable et elle nous a simplement dit de nous débrouiller avec Booking.com.

J'ai immédiatement contacté Booking.com. Le conseiller a vérifié mon dossier et a confirmé à l'hôtel que ma réservation comprenait bien les petits-déjeuners déjà payés. Malgré cela, la responsable a persisté dans son refus de nous servir.

Résultat : pendant tout notre séjour, nous avons dû prendre nos petits-déjeuners à l'extérieur et les payer une seconde fois, alors qu'ils étaient déjà inclus dans notre réservation.

Un établissement peut commettre une erreur, mais ce qui est inacceptable, c'est le refus de reconnaître cette erreur et le manque total de considération envers les clients. Je suis extrêmement déçue par le comportement de la responsable et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Pros:

Comodo la doppia entrata in camera con possibilità di parcheggiare davanti ad una delle due porte.
Camera pulita e staff cordiale.

Cons:

Il personale adibito alla pulizia delle camere, la mattina presto rumoroso. ( chi accede ad alta voce)
