Stayed 4 days here in Phnom Penh and was made to feel right at home. The staff exude the archetypal Cambodian hospitality - softly spoken but incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, focusing on ensuring you have the best time possible

The executive suite has an amazing view, is very spacious and has fantastic air conditioning

Fast turnaround and competitive pricing on laundry as well

Cons:

Can be hard to find down an alleyway, but necessary to maintain such a central location in a busy city

All the facilities are old. It felt like walking into a temple rather a hotel. huge buddha statues all over the place.

Parfait, comme à chaque fois que je vais dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Emplacement, deco,, personnel vraiment gentil., petit déjeuner à volonté, excellent, et avec du vrai café machine. Piscine, bar resto rooftop très très bien . Et enfin : excellent rapport qualité prix.

Accueil et personnel. Accueillants et Très chaleureuse.
Chambre grande espacieuse. Avec fenêtres et balcons.
Piscine restauration impeccable.

Cons:

Manque d'eau chaude. Au robinet du lavabo
Télévision à changer.
Revoir un peu l'équipement changement de prise. Lumière trop ́ t’ amisé

Nice but wouldn’t go back due to above
Cons:

Went to the pool bar restaurant for lunch and dinner and a couple of drinks.
They suggested that I pay on the way out after my meal.
Then it all changed on my second to last night. Demanded I pay before each drink and before my meal.
Too hard so went elsewhere

Overall good
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, especially “Max” - a new employee. Our original room didn’t have a darkening cover over the patio door so the morning sun was too bright and the AC wasn’t very good. They changed our room with no hassle. Overall the place is good and would stay there again.

Cons:

The restaurant is very overpriced and only meh food.
On our check out day the toilet “burped” up sewer gas and the whole room filled with an awful smell. We left anyways and are glad this didn’t happen during our stay.
