Pros:

Molto scenografica e piacevole la piscina sul tetto, c'è anche il ristorante da dove si può ammirare il panorama mentre si mangia. Il personale è molto disponibile e l'albergo offre un servizio di lavanderia (a pagamento) molto utile. Inoltre è situato vicino alla piazza principale e al palazzo reale, in pochi minuti si arriva al lungo fiume.

Mooi hotel in centrum van de stad
Pros:

comfortabele, ruime kamer.
Het zwembad op de 14e verdieping was top. Wat een uitzicht !
Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en op de 15e verdieping dus je hebt een mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Wij verbleven er 2 nachten.
Tijdens het eerste ontbijt was het echt een chaos. Te weinig plaats. Te weinig personeel om de tafels te reinigen of eten aan te vullen.
Wij en verschillende mensen na ons hadden geen plaats. Dus je moet wel extra tijd incalculeren. Dag 2 was er wel genoeg plaats.
De eitjes worden vers bereid op aanvraag maar doordat het vlug moest gaan, waren de spiegeleitjes nog niet volledig gaar, ook al vroeg ik goed doorbakken.

De douche had een raar systeem. De hendel van de regendouche was uit het bad. Je kon deze niet bedienen vanuit het bad dus moest deze op voorhand opzetten.

De handdoeken hadden een rare, muffe geur.

Pros:

Location walking distance to the markets. Streets near by is going through construction so will be difficult to walk to the hotel with big luggages. Polite staff. Awesome breakfast spread. Value for money

Cons:

Its boutique style hotel, take care a bit more about cleaning. Wear and tear here and there

Reasonable,quiet, friendly staff,
Pros:

Amazing carved interior, everywhere you look is intricate carvings in wood, quite unique. Pool area nice and restaurant decent

Cons:

Hard bed, fixtures and fittings a little dated, had minor security concerns but it may have been my own misunderstanding as I was very tired on check in. To walk into hotel you have to pass a mass garbage area and it stinks

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very good location, just few meters from Royal Palace. Very friendly staff. Fantastic Rooftop swimming pool. Very good breakfast with unbelievable view.

Cons:

If you have bad luck you get the room in the first floor with zero view.

La localisation idéale.
Nous avons aimé la décoration de la réception, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine avec prêt de serviettes.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bien mais quelques viennoiseries seraient un plus.

Come for the facilities, stay for the staff but avoid the alley.

Facilities and the staff are amazing and serene.

Cons:

The dirt bin and smell as you enter the alley into the property is extremely off putting. That smell literally puts a bad taste in your mouth and is how you start and end you journey each day.

Beaucoup de choses à changer pour être une adresse fiable.
Pros:

Très bien situé, piscine très bien et petit-déjeuner de qualité.
Chambres spacieuses.
Bar avec d’excellents cocktails.

Cons:

Très grandes chambres mais avec seulement 2 prises électriques dans un coin, dans toutes les chambres. Nous étions 3 et nous avons dû changer de chambre qui était pour 4 avec seulement 2 prises ! Mal disposées en plus, il faut se lever pour arrêter l’alarme…
De plus cette chambre familiale avait une climatisation bien trop insuffisante…
Les douches ont un robinet séparé pour le pommeau vertical mais situé à 1m de la baignoire, c’est peu pratique et dangereux.
Nous avons dû réclamer pour avoir une carpette de bain propre et demander pour qu’ils la change tous les jours car celle-ci était toujours la même. J’ai dû réellement insister pour obtenir une chambre correspondant à ce que nous avions réservé, c’est pénible de devoir insister.
Le personnel de chambre et quelques personnes à l’accueil étaient très sympathiques et aidantes.
J’ai malheureusement eu un contact un soir avec une personne très moqueuse et cynique qui m’a facturé du linge lavé à un taux de change plus haut que le reste de la ville et en ne me rendant pas la monnaie exacte …ce qui n’est pas grave mais don attitude dédaigneuse était franchement insupportable.
Dommage car cet hôtel pourrait être une très bonne adresse mais je pense qu’il a besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation et de management également…il vit sur le nombre de commentaires sans trop se remettre en question, c’est certain !
