Mostly Positive But Minor Issues
Pros:

A very good hotel. Lots of positives. Large room with AC, hot shower reasonable TV but some channels fuzzy. Fridge useful kettle etc. Rooftop pool great and food good at breakfast and dinner. Although coffee at breakfast very harsh. WiFi high speed and stable. Staff were amazing throughout. Hotel very ornate but some signs of wear.

Cons:

Coffee provided in rooms all in one with milk and sugar, a black option should be available. None of the keys worked for the lockable bedside cabinet. Dropped a battery and it rolled under the bed which was thick in dust.

Wonderful staff, perfect location & a lovely vibe
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Okay Boutique, the staff were immediately warm and welcoming, particularly Kim on reception and another guy whose name I can’t remember but he helped take our bags to our room and helped again when we left. We also had a free room upgrade which was a nice touch. The rooftop pool had a lovely atmosphere with great views.

A good stay.
Pros:

All of the furniture and decorations throughout the hotel. Hallway was quiet. All staff were helpful and cheerful. A special shout out to Kim at the front desk who is new to the job. We stayed for 11 nights in a two-bedroom hotel room.

Cons:

The in-house restaurant seem to be very disorganized. On two evenings the three entrees were served at three different times and also got the order wrong on one of the entrees. Price quality ratio was not satisfactory.
